If I could figure out how to give Dave Carr negative stars I would do it. He was hired by our General Contractor to do the plumbing for our new business. Dave was sloppy and confrontational with the tenants around us. Unfortunately this is the least negative thing about my experience with him. He incorrectly connected our plumbing which resulted in a flood to the business below (a $25,000 clean up bill). We had to rip out and replace all the plumbing done by Dave, all at our cost. We found out he never pulled a permit to do the work and had no insurance. Dave never accepted responsibility for any of his horrible work or bad attitude.

I've tried to increase my man points over the years by handling things myself. That usually ends up in a wasted weekend and me calling Dave. Dave has worked on all of my plumbing for about 10 years now.

He's pretty much the man. I've had him install a new furnace, a tankless water heater, all sorts of piping for sinks and he dug out a new septic drain field for us.

He always makes sure everything is working properly, has excellent customer service and he never shows his ass crack. Not sure what else you want out of a plumbing service.
