Carp's Drain Cleaning Service

I have used Carp's since 2006 with excellent results. In early March, 2018, however, my sewer line became completely clogged with lilac roots. When I called Carp's I was told they couldn't get to me for almost 3 weeks. They don't work after-hours or on weekends. When your drain is clogged and you have raw sewage backing up and overflowing, a three-week wait for service is not what you want to hear!
Out of some misguided sense of loyalty to Carp's I found ways to keep the overflow to a minimum. After three days (AND ON A SATURDAY TO BOOT) my wife told me to get it fixed or she would find another place to stay.

I called ""Straight Flush"" and Zach came out right away and unplugged my sewer line, thereby somewhat repairing my relationship with my wife and saving me the additional hotel cost.

Carp's... what are you doing to your reputation?

Had them snake out my main line. Guy left and good thing I went into the garage because water was everywhere. He didn't put the damn cap back on all the way. Oh good Christ!

I had my sewer line backing up water into my finished basement on Saturday, November 21, 2015. I have used Carp's in the past with satisfactory results. Since their business is only open Monday thrugh Friday according to their recording, I waited until Monday to schedule an appointment.

I was unable to talk with anyone and left a message about the problem. I received a call back that they would not be available until mid-December at the earliest to do the work. It is very dissapointing that they are either so lazy or unnderstaffed that they cannot do work until approimaately 1 month from the date you need the service.

i wiould not recommend this business if you need prompt service.
