very unprofessional that bob guy. I was asking why I was getting a bill for a quote that they got wrong and when they guy was here quoted me twice as much as they quoted over the phone. Why give a quote over the phone when you have not seen the project. Then they try to tell me that it was my fault because if i gave them the right info this wont have happen!!!! I am not a plumber and i am calling you. Long story short, he told me to take it up with the magistrate and hung up on me.

They sent two guys out to my house on a call for a sewer block. They were here for an hour and told me it was unblocked. As soon as they left the water was backing up back into my basement. I called three times after 5 pm in a panic and got no call back until the next morning. I told the owner I would not have them come back if they couldn't fix it. He assured me they could. They ran the camera and it was still blocked. They said their equipment would not push the block through and wanted to contact another company. In the meantime, I had reached out to someone with a hydro jet so I called that company. They came and it it unblocked in less than 30 minutes on a Sunday. I received a bill for $660 for work that never corrected the issue. I was willing to pay for the time on Sunday and the camera on the line, but not for the day before when they didn't fix the issue and I was left with a nasty mess as soon as they left with no call back. The owner refused to speak to me personally about this outrageous bill and was only willing to drop the initially $175 off and then three weeks later had his office assistant call back and tell me the owner expected $450. This company does not stand by their work and when you try to get in touch with the owner he insulated himself with his office assistant. What a sham of a company. They also made up lies about quoting me specific prices over the phone. Terrible and I would not use them every for any plumbing issue.

Reliable, trustworthy people here. Excellent service. Have come to take care of a couple of issues with an aging water radiant heat system. The first time was critical during winter with loss of heat and they came right out. The follow up services were planned and they even asked if they could move us back for someone else's emergency which was fine. Prices were fair reflecting work quoted and performed. Carpinet is our choice in plumbing fixes.

The reason for three stars, is I asked for an estimate from the servicing tech, He stated he could not give estimate as he was only repairman. I called office, Lady who answered stated she could not give me an estimate and I will have someone call back later in afternoon. I received not one call. That was Feb 8, received bill on Feb 16, 2019, I thought labor was a little high for a little over an hours work, however the repairman was very professional and did the job properly and quickly. My main gripe was not getting the estimate after I called.

These guys are great! They have a ton of experience and work ethic is amazing. They showed up and worked nonstop until the job was done... and it was large job! They were also priced reasonably and the quality of the work is top notch. These guys obviously know what they are doing. They also do exactly what they promise. I worked with another larger company who told me one thing and did another... I was highly satisfied with the work done by carpinet and the price I paid for it... as well as their promptness and professionalism... can't say enough nice things...

Stay away from this company. Charging fees like the Bank of England. Inside the office confusion. Were unable to charge Home insurance company and send invoice for collection. Loser with no knowlege.

Takes forever to get them to come out for service. They installed a tub in my house after a week of trying to get them to come out. After they left, it didn't work. Why didn't it work? Because they pushed a rag down the pipe instead of removing it, so they charged us to fix their own mistake. Now my water heater is broken and it's been five days of trying to get them to fix it. Still waiting to hear from them....

Their plumbers do excellent work when they finally make it to your house. Have had to call them to my home three times over the previous year and each time I have to call the office for three or four months before I can get anyone to come out!!! Great work by the guys in the field, but they need work in the office. Also hourly rate is a little high and they send more guys then needed, that way they can bill more!!!!!!
