Father and son team. Family owned. My kinda people. Called them to look at one toilet that was clogged and another slow flushing. They came within a day and were right on time. I ended up giving them a simple ""to do list"" while they were there and everything was completed accurately and promptly. Have used Carpenter's Plumbing several times now, and each and everytime they impress us. Most recently they fixed a plumbing issue with our downstairs bathroom. They came the same day that I called in the problem. They (son and Pop) where extremely efficient and polite, and explained everything to me along the way. We called them out for our required annual inspection of our inside fire sprinkler system. I asked them to look at one of the shower valves in a bath room where we had no hot water. They knew exactly what the problem was and even carried the spare parts for my model in their truck. One fixed the shower valve while the other one performed the fire sprinkler test. They were done in about 45 minutes. Steve even took the time to answer questions about my lawn sprinkler system and show me where I should place an emergency shutoff valve. I told them to put us on their schedule for the annual fire sprinkler inspection. They did a great job for me.
