I found Caron Plumbing & Drains through my home warranty company and I was amazed at the professional way my Thanksgiving Day water line break was taken care of ASAP!!!

Being almost 70 years old I have gone through many plumbers even a high school friend that owned his own company but I have never had the great good fortune to be blessed with Jarrod, the owner, and his assistant Eddy. They always arrived right on time and worked hard and were well spoken and clean cut. Can't believe I forgot to review these guys after last time they came out. We have had to call for services twice. They came out same day both times for nonemergencies, and fixed to our satisfaction for extremely reasonable prices, on the first visit. Would use them for any work they're willing to except that we need done, without hesitation. Honest plumbers are great to have. They even warranty their work.

Just in time for Thanksgiving, these guys majorly flaked on us. The technician who was supposed to come out this morning called to say he was on his way, and since I was on my way out, I left him my husband's number since he rearranged his schedule to be home with the company's limited availability. Then while I was out dropping my son off at daycare, I noticed I had a voicemail from him saying he couldn't find my house. I called him back LESS THAN FIFTEEN minutes from when he left the voicemail, but he said he already left and would not be coming back to fix our shower. He also said that I would have to go through another company because no one called him back (apparently me calling him within 15 min doesn't count?). He never even tried to reach out to my husband to find the house either. I called the main company to get help but never got a call back from them. Really frustrated and disappointed in the lack of professionalism and courtesy we were shown.

I've dealt with these folks twice (dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty). Both times I was more than satisfied with their service and demeanor. Jarrod and Eddie were both prompt, polite, efficient, and communicative. While I don't get to choose them when I'm working with Fidelity, I would not hesitate to employ them were I picking the plumber.

I don't even understand how these guys are given so many 5 star reviews. I had a leak in my bathtub and Eddy fixed it, stating there was another part that most likely needed replacing. I asked him to replace it since it's under warranty, he didn't. He said he would need a follow up.
Visit #2 the original problem is back and he said he didn't have time to fix the piece he initially said would have to be replaced. I waited 3 days for him to come back.
Visit #3 Jarrod comes and says 2 parts need replacing, but he has to receive further authorization to remove the handle that most likely will break (a different plumber came out later and removed this piece with no problem) in the process. He leaves without me knowing. I call him when I realize he's home and he tells me that he doesn't have time to fix it. His scheduled window was 1-4. He left my house at 1:40. How does he not have time? He was at my house, literally 15 minutes.
I call my home warranty to report their negligence and they call him on the spot. He refuses to come back out and so now I have to get a new plumber. I couldn't believe these guys! The made two quick reports and never did any work on visits 2 & 3, but they sure got paid for their assessments. Terrible!
To top it off, on visit #3 Jarrod had his young son in the car the entire time, on an 87° day! I wonder why he didn't have time to work!
This company is made up of Jarrod and his brother in law, Eddy and Jarrod's wife who answers the calls. Real professional. I'm certain these guys are glorified handy men.
Follow up: my home warranty arranged for another plumber to come out, the job these guys failed to do was completed in 20 minutes and done well!

It seems like these guys will gladly take as many claims as they can, collect ""assessment"" fees and not complete all their assigned jobs.
