Great service and honest! We called Carolina Water Heater after we had a plumber no show on us. We called on a Sunday and he was honest in saying he could come out but the after hour rate was high and parts might not be available. Dan suggested if we could to hold off a day. He gave us a timeframe. We received a text about 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He was professional and explained our options. We were completely satisfied and will certainly recommend him.

I highly recommend this company. My experience with home warranty companies is at an all time low, so I decided to go outside the recommendation of select home warranty after Boyd Boyd Plumbing gave me a verbal estimate of $900 (I called and ask for a written estimate three days ago) for a leak in my attic. Tyler of Carolina Water Heater and Plumbing came out and gave me a fair price of $150 to fix the problem. Tyler, you are my new plumber for any problems I have in the future. Thank you Tyler:) Nice to know there are still honest vendors out there.

Dan is the best and we would not use anyone else! He installed our new hot water heater for us in a pinch on a Sunday after our exploded in the attic the day before and got us up and running in the middle of chaos (and no water for over 24 hours) and it was quick and painless. Tyler was an hour late with no phone call, and I could not reach anyone on the phone; which was a bit annoying. However, once he arrived he was polite and fixed everything in a timely manor. He explained what was wrong and how he intended to fix it. Did the job verified everything was working and cleaned up the area well. And was kind enough to give advice on another problem that I had not originally called about. I would use this company again if another plumbing issue arises.
