We are owners of rental homes and they know we are out of town got invoice for re-caulking 3 tubs (1 just 3 sides of tub no shower walls needed) and one shower . if you are like me you will not believe it but they charged us $712.00 labor Only again not to replace them just re-caulk!!!! It has been a most a month and the owner has not called me back. the cost should not have been more then $150.00
