Love Ken and his team's work! We've had them come out and do work at my grandparents' house multiple times, and every time, my grandparents are delighted to see them and excited to know their issues are going to get fixed! Ken and his son (Jordan) put in a whole new hot water heating system for them because they weren't getting almost any hot water. After the new parts and everything was installed, we had hot water in seconds!! My grandfather loves talking with Ken as well, and he's great at explaining what he's done to fix everything to my grandfather, which is super helpful. Will definitely be calling them and recommending them for lots more jobs in the future!

It is not often that I can say without a doubt there is no better plumbing service than Ken Holbert and his company. Ken was recommended to me by a contractor I use often. This was due to a failing water heater and some bitter cold days and nights. I called Ken to see if I could get an appointment, knowing all too well that something of this nature could take numerous days to get someone to look at the problem. Ken was very kind, knowledgeable, and an expert at his assessment, and this was just a phone call. He jumped right in with a precision and carefully detailed and mediated an immediate solution. He offered to complete the task the next day, however, due to a scheduling conflict on my part, we had to schedule the day after. Prompt and courteous, Ken and his crew showed up, replaced my water heater, and even fixed a few plumbing issues I had at the house. THAT IS SERVICE! I will never go elsewhere! This is a no brainer! His prices are outstanding, his work is superb and is knowledge is unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and make Ken your first phone call. I will always do the same.

On May 4, 2020 I used this company for a small job at my home and I would never use them again. The owner came to my house for an initial visit to see the scope of the job and gave me a verbal estimate of 800.00. We decided to hire him for the project. On the day that they were supposed to do the job he informed me that he wasn't able to come, however he was going to send and employee that been with him for a long time and his son for the job. I agreed and we proceeded with the project. Upon arrival, the workers did not have the necessary tools ......Not even a soldering torch for copper pipes. Keep in mind these are plumbers!!!! Then, his so-called long-time employee said that this was only his third day working and that the truck was not equipped with the correct tools. They were at my house for 30 min or so and left to go get what they needed. It was at least 2 hours before they returned. The invoice was $961.00. I asked them why and his son replied that the job took longer than expected. I did reach out to the owner via email telling him that it wasn't my fault that they were ill-prepared for the job that he had surveyed prior to sending them to my house. I asked him to reimburse me for the additional monies that he charged. He never even responded!! It has been 3 weeks and no response.
