Would give them a zero rating as well. They came out for an American Home Shield claim and we paid AHS $75. They stated out hot water heater failed because of improper installation. They then called American home shield and told them water damage ruined our hot water heater. The many John or Johnny and I think his son, both agreed it was installed incorrectly. They then LIED and told the warranty company the rain ruined our hot water heater. AHS then denied our claim because of their lies. His cell phone number is 803-667-1060 They are a joke.

We would give them a 0 rating. We will not use them again. Was suppose to be able to get our garbage disposal replaced by the Ins. Company and only had to pay $75. The guy said he had to call the Ins. Company after flashing a light in the drain. We were told the Ins Company denied the claim. When we asked him why he said he didn't know. He wanted us to pay him more to do the work, but we declined and told them we would call with a decision on weather to have him come back. We called the Ins Company after he left only to find out that he told them we broke it so Ins Company ended up declining to replace it and lost our $75. Mind you the disposal was 11 yrs old and cracked due to wear and tear. In the end, had to replace it ourself because we weren't going to pay them more for something they should have did in the first place. If you don't want to work with Ins companies on contracts you shouldn't and then try to weasel more money out of the customers.

Sent out by American Home Shield . Basically took my $75.00 upfront and father and son show up look at my sink, don't even try to find the internal leak and then report to the home warranty no problem. Did not complete their required report so I don't know why AHS keeps using them. Wife or receptionist talks nice and promises they will call you back- don't hold your breath cause they won't . Birds if a feather I guess...

Horrible company. Had about the same problem as a previous review. I use a Home Warranty company and they sent out this company after I paid $75 fee (which the contractor gets). Had a problem with a heavy leak on Kitchen faucet and a slow leak on bathroom faucet. They told warranty company I broke the kitchen faucet trying to fix it and nothing was wrong with the bathroom faucet. They told me the warranty company wasn't going to cover my problems and the contractor left me their card to call them if they want them to fix it. They wouldn't tell me why the warranty company wouldn't cover it. I didn't discover why until I called the warranty company. They LIED to the warranty company! I had not tried to fix the kitchen faucet myself and the bathroom faucet did have a slow leak! It's obvious, they not only wanted the $75 fee, but expected me to call them to fix it and get full payment for a repair job (instead of lower rates the warranty company would pay them). The bathroom faucet was a slow leak and I don't believe they wanted to deal with it, but leaks always get worse and wanted it fixed also. After contacting the warranty company and telling them the TRUTH, they are sending out another contractor.
