We just had Patrick from Carolina Plumbers come out to fix a really deep and nasty drain clog. He was kind, courteous and clean! He also gave me advice on how to keep my toilet flushing (it was having issues). He did a thorough job and cleaned up so well after himself. It was a pleasure working with him and I'd definitely call him again. I'm amazed that a plumber can be dressed so nicely and keep himself so clean. Not your typical plumber!!

Needed to replace gas water heater and based on Yelp comments contacted Carolina Plumbers. Patrick responded quickly; soon after stopped by and gave an estimate to pick up, replace and haul. Patrick did an excellent job installing water heater - correctly, efficiently at a cost significantly LESS than quote from another plumbing company we used before. We're grateful to have found an outstanding, SKILLED, fair priced, trustworthy and friendly plumber! We'll definitely call Carolina Plumbers for any future plumbing needs (and peace of mind!)

Bought an over range microwave from Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was the contractor for haul away and install. They called when they said they would, arrived in the quoted window time, and were professional and very polite. Our kitchen was a mess and the contractor worked around it. He insisted on cleaning up the wood shavings from drilling into the wall, even after we told him not to worry we would take care of it. Super nice and quick. Thinking of hiring them privately for a few other projects.

My water heater stopped working and started leaking. It is covered under warranty by American Home Shield, which referred me to Carolina Plumbers. After 9 hrs of waiting for Carolina Plumbers to return my message, they tell me they are unable to service my water heater for over a week. I asked them to let American Home Shield know so they can provide me with another Plumbing company but apparently they did not follow through. This company is very difficult to reach by phone and not very responsive by voicemail and emails from myself and American Home Shield.

Awful first impression! The woman who answered their phone said ""hello??"" without stating the name of the business, so I had to clarify that I was actually calling Carolina Plumbers. Then after a few minutes when I had more questions and suggested a potential solution to my issue, she cut me off saying she had other calls coming in and couldn't talk to me anymore and literally hung up on me when I was still speaking. I was so surprised and shocked that anyone in customer service would treat someone in that way. I have empathy for her that she might be having a terrible day, but everyone is going through something - there are a lot of things she could have done or said, including that she'd just call me right back to solve my issue! She was such an incredibly unprofessional person representing their business that I feel bad for whoever hired her. If she's the owner, then I will never use them again and have already started telling friends about this awful experience through Hawaii's word-of-mouth ""coconut wireless."" I also called Lowe's back to ask that they remove them from their recommended installer list, since it also makes Lowe's look terrible.

I purchased a water heater from Lowe's and Carolina Plumbers was the contracted installer. They were amazing! Very responsive, honest and quality work. Moving forward, I will only use Carolina Plumbing. Their customer service and quality of work is simply impeccable!

Darlene, receptionist and Joshua, plumber were courteous, kind and fast. Life sucks without hot water, but my hot water heater was replaced within 8 hours of my phone request. This is the second or third time I have used these guys and they are amazing!

I purchased a toilet at LOWES and went with their recommended Plumbing company for installation. I was not familiar with CAROLINA Plumbers. Patrick arrived on time and pleasant. He got right to work and explained/answered my questions. He completed the install diligently, cleaned area nicely. I am very pleased with his workmanship and most of all attitude. I highly recommend CAROLINA Plumbers and Patrick. Kudos to Carolina for your choice in hiring and company's CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I had leaks in three 3 1/2 gallon toilets and sink faucets in my bathrooms for a long time. I was not happy with any plumbers sent by AHS and requested for another. It turned out that Patrick at Carolina Plumbers was also the installer for my dishwasher purchased at Lowes. I know his professional work and I decided to replace all my fixtures and toilets with new ones by Patrick. Not only was Patrick prompt, courteous and professional, he also replaced everything by himself in one day. Patrick also resolved my headache with a sink with no shut off valve and reversed hot & cold water lines in one bathroom. He is a skilled plumber who works on mainland time - he's responsive; you won't ever have to wait weeks for a quote, a call back or never at all. The old 3 1/2 gallon toilets are very heavy but because he's in shape, he was able to lift them down from the second story in my house. I doubt an over-weight plumber without an additional helper (and a lot more money) would be able to accomplish what he did today. Patrick is very reasonable with pricing and he's reliable. I will definitely ask him to help with my renovation in the future. My cost is partially from Lowe's 40% off installation offer and Patrick is Lowe's preferred installer.

Our old water heater gave out this week. Stopped at Lowe's this afternoon to buy a new one and a few hours later, Patrick called saying he could install our new water heater this evening!! I thought we could be taking cold showers for a week. Kudos to Carolina Plumbing for delighting this family who's already back to warm showers the same day as purchased!
