We stopped getting hot water and we have a new baby at home. It was late at night so I figured I would have to wait until the next day but someone suggested Ryan at Carolina Drain Specialists so I called and he was able to come over within two hours. It turns out that the issue was not the hot water heater, it was a broken fuse in the attic. Rather than having to replace an entire hot water heater, Ryan was able to fix the fuse to get us back up and running. Since I saved on that situation, I also had him switch out an outdoor spigot. Ryan worked really fast and got everything done that we needed. I recommended him to another friend in Matthews and she was really happy with him as well (she turned a single vanity into a double vanity).
