Carns came out to our place in Redlands. After receiving a bid of over $3,000 for a broken main pipe, Carns came and found a simple back up that the cleared for under $200!!!! The first plumber was ripping us off and Carns showed up on time, told us what he was going to do, took care of the problem and gave us suggestions for future problems. I highly recommend them and they are number one in our book.

These guys were great. They fixed a very tough clog on very old plumbing with no problem. They understood the issue, assessed the problem quickly, and were in and out in a flash. The company called to let us know when they were on the way and they showed up timely and got right to work. A pleasure to deal with. They will be our plumber in the future for all of our plumbing needs. I am so happy to have found a company that does such a great job. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have used Carns for 40 years to service my sewer drains. Mr. Carns would stand by his work. Unfortunately the new owners do not have the same ethics. Bernie and his staff did a very poor job in installing a clean-out for my sewer line. Within a few months roots were growing into the joints that they created in the installation. They refused to correct the problem without charging me $1,200 to fix the problem that they created! I found another plumber who dug up the clean-out and it revealed the most unprofessional job ever. He repaired their work for half the cost ($600). Shame on you guys! I recommend staying away from these folks.

I have used Carns Rooter for the last several years and it pays to have a professional complete the work. I got tired of hiring handyman doing work on my house with Home Depot products that would not last. I was referred to Carns Rooter by a friend of mine who used to own a plumbing supply business and told me to call Bernie. I have also referred Carns to several of my clients and they have been very satisfied with the work completed. I was not happy with the toilets in our new home. Bernie shared what he thought I would meet our needs and we could not be happier. When my wife says I am glad you have Bernie do the work on our house it makes me happy. Because a Happy Wife is a Happy Life. You may pay a little more for a professional at the time of service but when the work is completed and you have years of problem free issues you Never remember how much you paid. My Grandmother who lived during the Great Depression always told me ""You Get What You Pay For"". Hire Carns Rooter for Next plumbing job and you will not be disappointed.

Although this place has been around for years, their prices have skyrocketed and front office customer service is lacking. I'm not going to get into a particular situation, I just want to inform everyone to be careful. Honestly goes a long way and this company lacks that. It is all about the dollar amount. Customers have no problem paying for service if it is done correctly. I will NEVER use this company again.

Honest, efficient, and reliable. I can't recommend this company enough. I live in an older home with suspect plumbing, and my financial situation requires a number of cut corners. Bernie from Carns has visited my home twice since I've owned it, and each time he's gone above and beyond to provide the service and information I needed.

I have a low tolerance for people that I feel are trying to sell me on something. When I've asked about additional services, Bernie has always been honest, telling me that whatever it was that concerned me could wait. It gives me peace of mind to know that I'm getting what I pay for and only paying for what I need.
