Recommended Customer Reviews
Please be advised to avoid doing ANY business with this business. If you value expert troubleshooting, quality workmanship, professional manner, proper pricing, a job done right the first time, customer satisfaction, and ethical principles, than this pile of frustration is very much not for you.
Our central air conditioner failed. Called All Season's. They arrived quickly same day. Steve diagnosed and made the repairs. Good work! Glad we have their Platinum maintenance agreement.
Erin M.All Seasons just installed a new air conditioning unit for me and did a great job. Sales was great to deal with, took their time in explaining my options with different systems and available for all additional questions I had post consult. And the installers did great work too, very efficient and respectful of my home. Most importantly, good pricing!
Nothing but great experiences. Incredibly responsive and capable. We lost the AC to our master bedroom yesterday on the hottest day of the year. Called this morning and Scott was here this afternoon despite a massive number of calls he'd already serviced (full disclosure - we subscribe to their Platinum maintenance plan). Diagnosed the problem immediately and did the work on our 12-year-old units. They're on their last legs, but ASCC is helping us get the last bits of life out of them. We will definitely use them for our new units.
I wish I could give zero stars. I needed a new hvac system last July. Had this company come out and I ended up buying a system that cost a little over $11,000. No problem until the heating season started in October. The heat stopped working in the middle of the night. I started calling the company's emergency number but that number bounced me right back to the main office voice mail. I kept trying until the next morning (Saturday). No luck, no answer. I finally found the number for another office and that went through by this time the temperature in my house was in the 50s. A guy came out on Saturday and found that the company had forgotten to hook the heater up completely. He said they would have to come back on Sunday or Monday to complete the work. He was able to hook up the emergency heat and said he would call me on Sunday to schedule a time to come back. No call on Sunday, no call on Monday. I finally called on Monday and the office didn't know anything about it. Two guys came out a few days later and spent half the day finishing hooking up the heater. Seems like a lot of work to ""forget"". Next up, when I was being shown the types of system I could purchase, I chose one specifically because I was told it had two rebates coming to me which made it a deal. I had to call the office for two months asking to have the paperwork sent to me and was always told she was just getting ready to mail them. By the time I received them they were almost ready to expire. When I sent them to Peco, I received a letter from the electric company saying that one of the rebates was ineligible because it didn't pertain to the type of system I purchased. I complained about the system not being installed properly, I complained about the phone system, I complained about the rebates. The company did not respond at all. This company is horrible.
Komail A.DO NOT USE! WORST SERVICE EVER! SCAM! Technician came out promptly...said the blower motor was out for my tenant's furnace and it will cost $605 to replace the furnace. I looked up the price on the internet for the blower motor and it costs about $80 to buy the part and an hour to install. Since it was an emergency, I told them to go ahead. An hour later the tech called to say he couldn't do the replacement with a universal blower motor (which, btw, is cheaper).
Then, next day I received a call from the office that the OEM part is for $290 more. I refused the added cost and said please just charge be the diagnostic fee (since you were unable to complete the work due to your own fault). They said the tech was there for 2 hours and we charge $159 an hour. so you owe us 318. So they scammed me for $318. NO work was done. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!
Harry B.Bought a new HVAC system a year ago from All Seasons. Included a 2X per year service as part of the original package. Both times I was called in advance to schedule when it was convenient. Both times I received both an email and phone call in advance confirming the appointment. Both times the technician showed up on time. Wore shoe protectors to protect floors and carpets. Both times communications was excellent but also the service itself. I have since signed up for the 2X per year maintenance program. Peace of mind and high value for the cost.
These guys really are great to work with. They are strong communicators and are very thorough, which helps give me some peace of mind.
Very prompt, very professional. We've used them for 3 years, and have a service plan for our multiple units. Always come out within a reasonable time after I call to make an appointment, and respond quickly when there's any kind of issue. Call with a reminder/confirmation the day before.
They used to send a reminder email with a photo of which service tech we could expect. I really liked that feature, not sure why they stopped.
Derek S.I recently had them service my system that stopped blowing cold air. They were initially unable to find a large leak in my system which caused me to have to pay for the coolant in my entire system twice. I believe that such a large leak should have been found before ordering a dye test. The leak was found and the coil with the leak was replaced, but I was told it wasn't their fault that the coolant drained from the system in the interim (which I disagree with).
All Seasons installed my system and I've generally had a good experience from them. Good customer service, fast response time, and polite technicians. The recent experience is troublesome. Before that experience, I'd give them 4 stars. Now I would give them 2.5. I will look at alternatives to service my HVAC in the future, but haven't ruled out using All Seasons again.
