This is a small local company that delivers big time in taking care of their customers. I wanted a separate HVAC installed on the second floor to correct little heat and poor A/C in an older house. I got estimates first from both Horizon and Christian HVAC who advertise heavily. Not impressed. You end up with a high estimate where they will not negotiate so they can recoup their advertising cost.

Fast forward. All Seasons beat their price by more than $1500 and treated me like family. Because they couldn't start the job for another week they installed a bedroom A/C free of charge to get me through a three day heat wave. That's customer service. The install took two entire days and created quite a mess.Their installers were the best. They covered everything, put plastic runners on the carpet and vacuumed when done. Dan Small who gave me the original estimate wanted to compensate me for any inconvenience. Out of his own pocket he delivered a nice bottle of wine and my favorite cinnamon buns. What other company does this? All Seasons earned my business. Put them on your short list.

Another great experience with All Seasons Comfort Control! Our Crown hot-water boiler wouldn't reliably start, light, or provide heat. I traced the problem to a blower motor that wouldn't start... just sit, whine, and smell bad. Thankfully, warmer weather had arrived, so no emergency. I made an appointment with ASCC, and was visited by Kevin, the same tech who installed our in-floor heating system from my prior ASCC Yelp review.

From coordinating the appointment with Jennifer, to the arrival, visit and fix by Kevin, the experience was excellent. ASCC gets kudos for their great online services... I got text reminders, including a photo of the tech who would visit. ASCC was great dealing with Mrs. F, who was at the home instead of me for the appointment... ASCC texted both of us, which is very helpful. Lastly, the technician Kevin listened clearly, replaced only a part of the motor to assure 100% function (less expensive), and patiently explained what he did, and why... answering all questions clearly and with enthusiasm.

I've been so impressed, I invested in ASCC's Gold Plan maintenance program. It makes me comfortable knowing that competent people can quickly respond if climate control in my home breaks down. Highly, highly recommended.

I had a good experience with Kevin, who made two visits to my house. The first time was to fix a pressure valve and the next was for general clean out and maintenance. He was thorough and professional in both instances. I'm not giving the highest rating only because they are a bit more expensive than other places. But overall, I would recommend them if you want to get a job done well.

System installed July 2014. Found everything to work very well. They accommodated all our needs and have had no problems since. They have come twice a year for inspections as per our contract. Have absolutely no complaints. Service people have been very friendly and knowledgeable.

We recently signed up for a yearly service plan with All Season Comfort Control. They've been outstanding thus far and the pricing is very fair. Nicest service people too, both the guys who do the work and the office staff.

This past spring they did a summer tune up which was quite intensive, but didn't turn up any problems thankfully. They also came back for a service call when my Mom, who was visiting, managed to accidentally disable the entire HVAC system. Thanks Mom! Aside from all this, they're very knowledgeable about our system, which comes in handy since we just moved in and didn't get any tips or paperwork from the previous owner.

I would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a company to service you're HVAC system. Five stars from me.

Fraudulent dealer, installation took 3 month, and had multiple problems after install, staff including manager and owner are not knowledgeable about systems they sell, never received rebate. Cancelled my warranty because I complained.

Scheduled my appointment for service of my gas fireplace and was told three weeks to come out. No problem, three weeks go by and two hours before the scheduled appointment received a call and was told that they don't service my area (even though they had years prior) and was told they had no history of previous service. Accused me that I made an error in confusing them as the previous service provider (I got their number from my previous emailed service confirmation). After some extended time on hold they were able to locate my account and told me they could not come out. Service technician from previous services was great, but front office needs improvement. Found an alternate company which came right out diagnosed and resolved the issue (thermopile) and was out the door in under 15 mins. I know business is busy for All Seasons right now, so who cares about one disappointed customer, but this could have been handled much more professionally.

VERY dissatisfied!!! could not in good conscience recommend this company. I had my air conditioner unit repaired mid July 2015 and I explained to the repair guy that we were moving in 4 weeks therefore do not do any large repair. I was told the unit could be fixed for $500 so I accepted. Then 2 & 1/2 weeks later it broke again the same issue! They not only would not honor their fix, the owner Chris himself told me they had hoped the temporary fix would of lasted longer? I was not informed it was temporary! He then stated In these situations he would credit the $500 towards a new unit to customers. Problem being my house is a "" deed In lieu"" and that does nothing for my situation so therefore your policy should have adjustments for certain unique situations and my resolution was $79 credit? .. I felt it was dishonest and honestly wrong! I get this company needs to make money but to make money off a single mom with 3 kids already losing their home is wrong.. Shame on this company! Honor your work...

I am truly Over Joyed!!!! For the first time in five years I can finally breath out of both my nostrils! I thought I had a nose issue and needed surgery, when all I needed to do was replace my AC unit upstairs. I have a dual zone system. I understand you may all think this is a no brainer but please take into consideration that I was told for the past 5 years from many technicians that I could just add R22 and all would be well, at $100.00 to $135.00 per pound!

However, along came Tim from All Season Comfort Control, very professional from the start. He was well informed that my time was of value and that I did not take to sales pitches very well. (Being I am in sales myself) I know how than did you fall for the 100. to 135.per pd pitch? Well that is because my service contractor for my home recommended selected contractors. Tim, however, provided a no nonsense evaluation, very direct approach, he completed the estimate for the replacement of my existing upper floor unit and scheduled a new upgraded unit to be installed within two days, how fortunate for me! The best news of all, All Seasons Comfort came below local competitors by $1900. The competition charged me $135.00 per pound for R-22 x 5lbs. and never suggest a leak test, plus charged me for a service call and an additional evaluation charge.

All Season's Comfort is the only way to go! The technicians are professional and knowledgeable and are very poised to the homeowners expectations of privacy and respect. I have already referred them to my neighbors for their of AC needs, because all of our homes were built at the same time and all our AC units are of the same age and may need replacement!
