TLDR: Overpriced, arrived very late, did a sloppy job, did not complete the job as quoted, very poor communication, CALLED ME A LIAR.
First off, the workers showed up 2 hours late, and didn't have a clue what they were supposed to be doing. Then they had to leave because they didn't have supplies. Then they didn't have any kind of tarp and I had to provide one since they were tracking mud and drywall dust all over my floors. The most important part to me of the job as it was quoted, was they were to clean the existing detritus out of the water heater closet before installing a new one, and to clean up after themselves. That is the main reason I hired them because they promised me they would take care of that for me, assured me several times.
Absolutely nothing was cleaned up.
They said they may have to replace the platform for the water heater, but at the very least would clean it and the area below it. Did they do that? Nope. To add insult to injury, they even put the pan and the heater down on the soggy and filthy platform, over clumps of wet mud and grass and chunks of drywall that they had knocked off the inside of the closet, then tried to shim the whole thing with a piece of wet, rotten wood. They didn't seal my old dryer vent that was quoted as part of the job and even left the vent pipe sticking out of the wall. They cut the whole bottom off a wall instead of just making a big enough hole for the dryer hose. They installed my dryer hose without shortening it (I never asked them to reconnect the hose, it was not part of the quoted job). They installed my cold water tap the wrong way. A job that should have taken 3-4 hours took 6 hours with TWO PEOPLE. To top it all, Joe called me a liar not once, but twice, and tried to gaslight me into just accepting this crappy work. I feel like he thought that because I'm a woman on my own he could con me into just accepting his overpriced quote without having to do all the work that was promised.

The reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one is bc the owner was willing to negotiate on price. I had two different techs come out, both were unable to solve the plumbing issue in the kitchen sink, and that was using a snake/ sulfuric acid - total of two hours here. When i called roto rooter, he was at my house for maybe 20-30min, same day/today, and the problem is solved. He also gave me maintenance chemicals to pour down the drain to prevent future episodes. So, the difference in time spent, cost, and actually fixing the problem are the main things that went wrong here. Previously, before I got a 2nd opinion from roto rooter, the owner said he would have to come by my house to do an estimate bc it couldve been a pipe breakage (it wasn't). Tried to set something up from Aug 12-aug 14 and didn't hear anything back from the owner since then. Switched to roto rooter bc i simply couldn't wait anymore for an estimate. Doing dishes in a bucket gets old but I finally got my sink/ dishwasher working again!

While they did a good job with our plumbing, they chipped the tile in the brand new shower we rennovated. They not only didn't apologize/bring it to our attention, but they didn't offer us any kind of discount for their subpar services. They were also very over priced. When we called the owner about this issue, he did not make any apology or offer. We also never recieved the invoice we requested. I would not recommend this plumber.

I've used Carner Plumbing for years and they have always responded promptly. Their prices are fair, their response times are great, and I know the owner and his son to be men of character, and for these reasons I would recommend them to anyone in the Tulsa metro or reasonable distance.

I was going to have them do a lot of work for me but this is how it all started.

They show up and water is seeping from the ground. They tell me its the main and they can dig it up and fix it real quick. They never checked the main under the house to see if the water was even going to the house.
I told them I have 2 meter spots and thought the city could have placed the meter in the wrong one... They said ""its pointing towards the house your good lets dig this up"".

The apprentice starts digging and then the foreman\teacher leaves. The apprentice says he had to deal with a crazy gf\wife and he'd be back to pick him up.

An older guy shows up and says to the apprentice WTF are you guys doing this is a meter for an old sprinkler system why are you digging this up did you even check the main under the house? The apprentice didn't know what to do he is learning so I have no ill will about him he was doing his best with bad supervision.

I canceled the rest of my work through email since after 4 phone calls not answered it was the only way to contact them.
They charged me nearly $400 for their apprentice digging for 2-3 hrs and putting a big ugly hole/spot in my yard for nothing.
If they can't be trusted to even check to see if they are digging on the right line then how can I trust them to move a gas line under my house where my girlfriend and kid are going to live.
