I had an opportunity to meet with the owner and Artie in October to go over my grieviences from earlier this year as well as review past bills for work completed. They were attentive and told me there will be updates to the call service and billing from their office. I've been very satisfied with the techs that have come to my condo, and my grievience was mainly related to their follow-up on urgent calls for service.

I hope they will improve their call service and improve the follow-up with their customers. Lastly, I appreciate their gift of a one year service contract at no cost to me.

I had a good experience with this company. I have 2 Residential and 1 commercial pieces of real estate. It's hard too, because nothing comes cheap in this home improvement process. Overall good experience with Carmines Plumbing, Heating and Air. They really kept their initial promise in terms of discounting installation of new system. Also included a major Parts ""Only"" warranty for ten years for our particular inside and outside unit for the air and heat pump. Thanks again to all the people at Carmines. I will Definitely use your team again.

Made an appointment to have my AC repaired and it was cancelled the day of. Wasn't able to get another until 2 weeks later and they never showed up. I had to call to find out that they weren't coming. Very unprofessional and uncaring that I was unhappy about this.
Very happy to take my money to install a system or to clean ducts but apparently not willing to service unless you buy a contract. If this is the case don't take appointments!

I wish there was a rating of NEGATIVE stars, because if there was, Carmine's would get the MAX of those!!!!!
I reached out to Carmine's on Tuesday to schedule an appointment to have the heat fixed at the condo where an individual with developmental disabilities resides. Despite this individual being a HOME OWNER and VERY independent and self-sufficient, she does require some support and assistance with these types of emergent situations. For the past 2 days, Sarah at Carmine's would report that they MIGHT be able to send someone out, however all techs were out on ""contract calls"". As of yesterday afternoon, I was told by Sarah that a tech would DEFINITELY be able to get to her home this afternoon after 1pm. In our phone conversations, Sarah also reported that she would call me if there was a problem/issue and they can't keep the appointment. She had told me this on Tuesday and again yesterday. I NEVER received a call regarding any of the ""tentative"" or scheduled appointment. The ONLY time Sarah did call me, was after my initial call to her on Tuesday....and the ONLY reason she called was to find out exactly how my individual with special needs would be paying for this (which I am now wondering if this is asked of EVERY customer who calls or just those with special needs??), making it clear that payment would be expected at time of service (yup, Sarah, Got that. Understood) After my client called me at 2:39pm today to tell me that no one has arrived, and she lost an hours wage due to leaving work early to be at her home at 1pm, I called Sarah to find out what the status was. Sarah reported that she had no tech to send out today and wasn't sure when they would be able to. At this point, I told Sarah to forget about it. In the past 15 min, an appointment with Service Stars for tomorrow morning has been secured and I am using my break to type this review. Additionally, a big thank you to Lisa at New England Heating for trying :)
Needless to say, Carmine's will NEVER receive my business or reference. Best of luck to those who choose to use them.

My family has had a few problems with Carmine's over the years where a week after they come for routine maintenance on something like the A/C, the unit stops working and they need to come back for a repair.

This latest incident takes the cake, though: Our A/C was working fine, they come for their usual yearly check-up (in late August, because I guess we're not a priority) and... once again the A/C stops working within a week or so. This time, however, they weren't able to make an immediate repair and are instead claiming some larger problem that they need to talk to manufacturer about. At this point, we've been THREE WEEKS without A/C in pretty hot weather. We've followed up with them and still haven't had results.

We've been okay with them showing up late and all of the tiny mistakes, but this has been three weeks. And I can't help but wonder if we wouldn't have had a problem at all if not for their repair guy who did the maintenance.

BEWARE!!!! Worse Business ever! The technician was rude and nasty!
They flooded my garage when they came to fix AC (had all my stuff from just moving in) and the guy the nerve to say ""where did you think the water was going to go""! Worse worse place ever! So the tech knew the water was going to run into the garage where he saw all my boxes and made a choice to not mention it! I lost thousands of dollars! ruined my kids keepsakes and when I called the office they said it was my fault for allowing the unit to freeze! ALL our things ruined and they have no apology no responsibility NOTHING!

THEY ARE HEARTLESS, UNPROFESSIONAL, MORALY BANKRUPT AND WITHOUT INTEGRITY AS WELL AS RUDE!
