I had an emergency leaking situation from my ceiling from above tenants and was not receiving adequate assistance from my landlord. I decided on my own to call Aumenta Plumbing. I spoke with Carmine Jr who was beyond helpful in helping me pinpoint the origin of the problem. Not only did I call him late in the day on a Saturday, he was on a day off at the beach, yet still took the time to help me. Very helpful & polite, knowledgeable and most importantly honest !!! I would recommend to anyone in need, homeowners, as well as apt dwellers too. Thank You Carmine Jr :)

We have used Carmines since moving to JSQ 7 years ago. The previous owners of our home recommended them, and we have continued to call Carmines whenever we have a plumbing issue. They have always been efficient, polite, and well priced. We last used them during the ongoing Covid crisis to help hook up a portable washing machine. Ben was prompt, communicative, and wore a mask when working inside our home. I'm sure we'll continue hiring these guys for many years to come. W

I just discovered Carmine Aumenta wrote lies about me 04/12/2010. I never wrote a check that bounced and that I had $700 in my account. That's a red flag that this is bs because no one can know how much another person has in their bank account. I was in court with 3 other people who had the same issue with Carmine. He never fixed the plumbing issue but we got false invoices that he claimed that he did with charges for parts he never ordered. Per NJ court of law I had to pay service call charge because he stepped foot inside the home. He never said he charged to come by for estimate but that didn't matter.

This family run business prides themselves on top notch customer service and immaculate work. They are also very reasonably priced. We recently had Carmine Jr. replace our hot water heater and not only was he prompt, but he was so informative and explained the process to me thoroughly beforehand. We have also had his brother Ben come out to replace our bathroom vanity and sink. He was also incredibly prompt and thorough, ensuring the work was completed without any issues. Both Carmine Jr. & Ben worked quickly and left the area super clean afterwards. I will definitely be using them again!

Very expensive and don't stand by their work. I hired them 5 months ago to install a kitchen faucet, they upsold me (on their already very expensive price) and now 5 months later the faucet is totally flopping around ""but it's the faucet's fault"".

Said they were going to come yesterday to check it out but they no showed. Stay away from these guys.

I just had Carmine Jr. fix an outdoor faucet. He cane on time and was able to accommodate my schedule by finishing the work the same day. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up after he finished. Another company had worked on the faucet a couple of years ago, but charged more without fixing the underlying problem. I highly recommend Carmine Jr. and would definitely call him again!

I don't usually write review. But This time I need to. I had dealt with this plumbing company twice before, prices were a bit higher than other plumbers, but it went ok. This time I tried to call them on Sunday noon due to an emergency of leaking for my rental property, someone Picked up the phone telling me they can't come on Sunday but will try to help on Monday. I told them I would call them again on Monday. As leaking is bit urgent, I had someone else to take care of the issue on Sunday later afternoon. On Monday morning I call Carmine that the issue was fixed and do not need it. The guy who picked up my call was really rude, and question ""You don't cancel your appoint? DON'T CALL US AGAIN!"" I was shocked to hear that. We just talked about the leaking on Sunday and Carmine couldn't help on Sunday, which is ok. But this kind of poor unprofessional customer service make me so disappointed and they even don't remember what happened to the customers and answered in such rude manner. I am so disappointed. It seems they care about their business and money more than customers. Don't use them!

Rarely have I worked with a contractor as professional and courteous as Aumenta Plumbing. They showed up on time and completed the job as promissed. Not only were they reasonably priced, they were prompt and respectful of my limited availability. I needed them done with the job before a certain time and they more than accommodated my schedule. Save yourself a lot of headaches with any leak and call Aumenta!
