Found our kitchen sink wasn't draining this morning. I decided to go local and searched Yelp. Liked the reviews on Carlson Plumbing and decided to give them a go. Jennifer answered the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful. She said she she could have a technician to me within the hour. Sure enough Ryan arrived within the time given and got to work. The problem was in the drain, so he snaked it and very quickly I had a nice running sink again! Reasonable price and as quoted and I was very pleased with the service received. I will certainly use Carlson Plumbing again and will also recommend to others.

This is the first time I used them and will definitely call them again if needed. We had a nasty clogged kitchen sink and Mason was the plumber who came out.

The way our kitchen sink pipes are arranged to fit the space makes working on them a pain (other plumbers have complained about it). Mason spent the extra time needed to get the drain clear...and dealt with a small leak we didn't know was there....and replaced a cracked part because he happened to have one in the truck....all without charging more.

He was also courteous, friendly and shared some ideas on how we can prevent future clogs.

All in all it was a good experience and a fair price. Highly recommended.

We had an issue with the kitchen sink line and an overspill in our washing machine every time we turn it on. Called the main number, nice lady was able to get a representative plumber to the house within 20 mins.

Plumber's name was Mason. Awesome guy, very communicative. Tells you thoroughly what he's testing, what he's suspecting, what he's planning on doing. He's very patient, trouble shoots every aspect he thinks of on the spot, and makes necessary trips to hardware stores to make sure the piece he needs is the most optimal!


First time through Carlson Plumbing, definitely keeping the number handy as well as requesting Mason for sure.

Great Overall Experience.

They did not try to suck money out of us, they actually diverted us from spending more money for pointless fixes/tests!

Ryan and his assistant showed up on time, were extremely competent, and the price charged matched the estimate. They installed a water softener quickly and as promised. Will have them back to diagnose and hopefully fix a drain issue soon. Found them here on Yelp and glad I did.

Had a bathroom sink draining slow for quite some time. Called Carlson Plumbing and had the sink cleaned out within 10 minutes after arrival. I waited a couple months to write this review and I am happy to say the sink is still draining better than ever.

Had a kitchen sink completely stop draining. Called 8a in the morning and was promised a timeframe of 3p to 5p. Griffin showed up at 3p, masked up, diagnosed the issue and had it resolved in less than 1 hour. Really appreciate the fact that this company executed on all 3 promises and got our kitchen sink running again. Thank you to the girl who answered the phone in the morning to Griffin the plumber, great service, great price.

My 83 year old mother's hot water stopped working and I started calling a few places who couldn't or wouldn't help me that day. The gal who answered the phone at Carlson Plumbing was SO AWESOME & HELPFUL and she did what she could to help me, but because it was now 4pm, no one could come out same day...but I stuck with her & Carlson Plumbing because I felt she was really truly trying to help me & my mom. Their people were to come out
the next day to look at the problem. Well I got a call about 20 minutes later that they actually could send out someone that afternoon to assess the situation (would she need a new water heater or can her current one be fixed?) They could have just come the next day, but they made the extra effort to come that afternoon. Then along came Brandon- my hero! Not only did he assess the situation, he was able to fix her water heater without installing a new one! My mom is on a super fixed income and that would have been beyond financially difficult for her. The other 2 companies I had previously called basically told me it would be easier to just replace because it was older. Brandon said he'd do his best to fix it first and then would have to purchase a new one if he couldn't fix it. Well he fixed it!!! Which told me he was honest, he tried to help out my mom, & he cared!!! I will 100% use Carlson Plumbing again for my mom, my own home, & would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat!!!! My condo was built in the 1960's, and we have had to remodel quite a few things. One of our toilets developed a leak, and then the other one conked out today.

Did a detailed Yelp search, but actually found Carlson Plumbing through the recommendation of ANOTHER plumber who couldn't make it out to my place.

Spoke with Jennifer, who assured me she had a technician who could come out today. Just as she said, Griffin came out, examined both toilets, and fixed them in no time!

This guy really knew his stuff, and had to fix a problem caused by another plumber, (won't mention the name), who didn't install one of the toilet's correctly. Price was very reasonable as well, just as advertised. Their 5 star rating is well deserved.

Griffin is a real pro, and I will definitely call Carlson again, if we ever have need! Thanks again guys!
