I would highly recommend. The entire process from initial phone consultation through the satisfaction follow up, the entire team displayed the highest level of professionalism and quality. Not only were they very polite and trustworthy (they worked at our house when we were at work) but they did such a beautiful job on two of our bathrooms. They were reasonably priced and I got everything I paid for and more. They really took care of everything for us and truly took the time to learn our vision....more importantly they brought it to life.

I called a few local plumbers and Joe was the first to respond. He was here within 5 minutes of our conversation to take a look at our problem. We have a drain in our basement that has become clogged. He explained to me what he thought the problem was. I do NOT speak plumber, but he took his time to make sure I was totally informed of how things work and what he would do next if rodding out the drain didn't work. He was very affordable and he tried find a solution without running the auger so that he could avoid charging me for his service. Unfortunately, there was no way around using the auger. He took his time, checked his work, and cleaned up afterwards too. He didn't overcharge me even though he ended up doing more than he had originally told me he had to do. I'm crossing my fingers that he solved our problem, but if for some reason the drain backs up again, Joe told me what the next option would be.

Joe Carlson is great! We contacted Carlson Contracting and another plumbing contractor in the area about a year ago to get a quote to install a natural gas line out to our patio. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and made us confident they'd do a great job (the other place couldn't even give us an accurate quote because he wasn't 100% sure of the work that they'd need to do, but Joe knew straight off!). Their turnaround time was fantastic, and they did a great job on our line- very clean and thorough work.

I called Carlson Contracting around 8am about water that was in my basement. Within an hour, Joe called me to diagnose the problem, quote it and set up time to come to our home. Later that afternoon, Joe and his team came to my house, spent 30 minutes fixing my sump pump, and everything was working again. The quote came in much less than other vendors I had contacted.
