Hemal from Carl's Air Conditioning is an excellent technician. Today he came to my home for a maintenance service call and he found the equivalent of an eagles nest amount of ""stuff"" in my air conditioning compressor. Hemal cleaned and washed my air conditioning compressor in very little time in 100° plus heat! Service with a smile! Amazing!

I highly recommend Hemal and the entire crew at Carl's Air Conditioning.

Paid carls $17,000 for two ACs. They dropped one which makes a horrible rattling noise in my bedroom. They bullied me into accepting it. Now, 3 years later a new guy with Carls came out and metered the noise coming from that AC. He told Gavin the manager and Gavin refuses to call us. This isn't the original Carl. He retired. This guy still refuses to replace the unit. THEY dropped it off of the truck. Do not use Carls as management has changed and all they want is your money. For 17 grand we deserve what we paid for. We've used them for over 33 years. So disappointing. Another rip off business to watch out for.

After doing business with Carl's air for over 40 years on a business and personal level and purchasing numerous systems. We had a problem with our 18 year old home air conditioning system (that they sold us) and had done 36 semi annual check ups on (approximately $3,500 spent in maintenance).
They came out and told us it would be recommended to install a hard start kit and new capacitor and this would 80-85% of the time extend the life of the system and wanted $965.00 for doing so. Decided after encouragement from their tech that it was a prudent thing to do. 5 minutes later we get ""Oh well sorry that didn't work on your unit, well have a salesman call. Received the call from salesman who said we could replace just the outside unit or do the full system and they would credit back the $965 towards the purchase of a new system. purchased a new outside 10 year warranted system for considerably less elsewhere and their response was the person that sold us the new system didn't know what they were doing and the whole system should be replaced, after they told me I could do the outside only. Felt like this was some sort of hustle and have moved on.

On Monday I had Carl's install a new heating and air conditioning system. Darwin arrived at11am and Eric at noon. They thought it would take about 4 hours. Because my attic is so tight (more like a crawl space), they had to disassemble every piece. It was 90 degrees outside and much hotter in the attic. They completed the job at 8:15pm!! They were (rightfully) tired and exhausted. Yet the entire time, they worked ceaselessly and never complained. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They were both incredibly impressive! I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here that I spoke or interacted with. To be honest, we did encounter a couple of hiccups along the way. Yet Devin (installation manager) worked quickly to remedy things to the best of his ability. Quality, professionalism, and great work ethic seems to be the operative words at this company and I highly recommend them!

Have been a customer of Carls for the 15 years or so. The last few years they have raising the mandatory service contract prices and reducing what they service. This last visit they did not bring the filters as stated on my contract, so after a call they scheduled a visit to bring my filters, but no show, then scheduled another visit and they cancelled, and schedule another visit for a 10 minute job. Seems as some new management is not doing a very good job. Will surely go to another business in the near future.

Fast & reliable service. We ""inherited"" a Bryant furnace/AC installed by Carl's when we purchased the home. Used Carl's to service the unit. Enrique and Gabriel were great: responsive and didn't oversell. Just had a new Trane furnace/AC installed by Carl's; Hemmel was responsive and thorough in performing the final inspection on the new installation. We've tried other service providers and won't make that mistake again; Carl's is the best.

We were contacted by Carl's to have our yearly AC / furnace check-up. Hemal was right on time. He discovered the fan was not moving on our AC unit, which would have been terrible to turn it on come summer and no air. But he replaced it and all is good ... the house got nice and cool. With the house being 22 years old he could have tried to sell us a whole new system, but there was no pressure from him. We have used Carl's for about 10 years now and will continue to stay with a company that has great people like Hemal, great value, and great people in the office.

Last spring Carl's replaced the condenser on my split/AC unit. They did an excellent job with that at a fair market cost. So they owed me a free service check. Carl's sent their technician Hemal to perform said check. Hemal arrived on time, was very courteous and knowledgeable. Got up into the attic and checked the heating system. No issues found. Did the AC system check. All was well except the blower fan motor had a slight oil leak and the bearing has a moderate amount of play. Which I verified. Said the motor would have to be replaced in the near to not so distant future. Gave me a quote for the job and said to call them if I wanted them to do it. That's it. No sales pressure. Will use Carl's AC in the future. Good and reliable company.

I initially contacted another company in town because my heat/furnace was not working, they came out to complete the repair and within a week my heat/furnace was not working again! The initial company came out a second time and told me I needed a whole new furnace, however my home is less than 5 years old and the furnace should be under warranty. I explained that I would need to do some research on the warranty and the gentleman got instantly annoyed that I was not wanting to buy a whole new furnace! Meanwhile, my home still had no heat (and it's been very cold the last few weeks)! I contacted the furnace manufacturer and they referred me to Carls AC! I contacted Carls and they sent Anthony, who was amazing! He came out and did his assessment and explained that I just needed a few parts to be replaced (and I didn't need a whole new furnace)! They got the parts and the next day cam and completed the repair! He was professional and knowledgeable and I will continue to use them! My overall experience was amazing and I would recommend Carls AC anytime!!!
