Carl the Plumber (Brandon) has come to my rescue several times over the last year due to spring leaks in my copper plumbing. He also replaced my water heater, my kitchen faucets and all the plumbing under my kitchen sink. And he replaced a toilet. It's been a crazy year of plumbing ($$$) for me! I don't post reviews on Yelp very often but I have to give props to Carl The Plumber. We came home on a Saturday evening and found water leaking from the ceiling above our living room. I shut off the water and called Carl The Plumber. Brandon responded in minutes and said he could come out the next morning at around 10-11am. He actually arrived before 10 I think. He quickly (and accurately) located the leak, cut a hole in the ceiling and fixed the pipe. We turned on the water back on. A few hours later, it felt like the carpet was still getting some saturation. I texted Brandon and got a call back almost immediately. He came by to take a look at the wet area and we decided it might still be runoff from the leak he repaired and we would keep an eye on it. Eventually I realized there might be a second leak. I texted Brandon back and got the same quick response. He came out the next morning and found a second smaller drip in the same area as the first leak but farther down the wall. What I really appreciate is the professional manner in which he goes about his craft and his quick response to a call or text. I also like the fact that he is a local tradesman as we try to support all of our local merchants and services. Plus, his charges are more than reasonable and fair. I have also texted him to pick his brain and have received the same fast courteous response. If you need plumbing services, it is definitely worth your while to call Carl The Plumber.
