I had a toilet installed by Carl Krasavage & Son Plumbing And Heating two years ago. The day of the installation, two guys showed up, which I thought was odd. The younger guy did all the talking and work, while the older guy just stood around and watched. The younger guy was a good salesperson, and against my better judgment, I went with him on an expensive toilet. I didn't know that if two guys come, they charge you for both. The old guy did nothing.
Since the toilet was installed, I've noticed some small issues. The plastic is coming off the handle of the flusher, the toilet seat if locked to the seat. What if you want to change it you can't.
You may not think this a bother but, if you paid that much you expect better
quality.

Never showed for a job or even called.

I was converting from an electric stove to a gas stove and needed a gas line run from the basement to the kitchen. I spoke with Carl and he was aware of when the appliance was being delivered (over a week out) and said hed call to let me know what day they'd be here. Monday, no call, Tuesday, no call, Wednesday I call and am told, ""yeah, I wrote up the order. Someone will call you."" I reminded them that it was being delivered on Friday. She said, ""yeah, someone will call me."" That was 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for that call.

I love to use local, family businesses when I can but will never call this one again.

Guys were friendly and did great work. Fixed the issue and did it relatively quick for a reasonable price. I'll call them again if there's another issue that I can't fix myself!

Family owned business! Carl was great in working with us to work with the insurance company. He figured out the problem in a few minutes when a previous plumber was unable to help at all. The workers were all good. PRofessional work and friendly. They were even very patient with an elderly family member The team got the work done in one day, they left very little mess behind. This company is our new go-to for any plumbing issues or installations we will have in the future.

I think it ignorant when a company doesn't value your business. That's exactly what happened here. I called them to install a fireplace. After explaining what I needed to have done I was told ""well, you know we're pretty busy"" and ""I'll see what we can do"". That was on Wednesday. It's now Saturday. They never even bothered to call me back. Certainly not the way business should be conducted.

I have contacted this company once before for a job. They came by gave me an estimate and never came back. I decided to try them again, I had dealt with them many years ago and they were awesome then, but now, they promise to call the next day and as is becoming the norm they never call back. I can only assume business is so good for them they can just blow off prospective jobs. Sad, this company was once run so well

Carl has a great team working with him. They fixed our sewer pipe and cleaned up nicely afterwards. They moved things along very quickly as soon as we had the go-ahead from our insurance company. They fixed the pipe one day, came back another to patch the sidewalk, and once again for the landscaping. All of this in less than a week!

Never hear back from anyone, did a project for me and never completed. Rod that works for them blows me off - never came back to finish job I paid for. Thinking I am requesting legal advice

Was referred by a relative and was a great choice. The guys came out within the hour, unfortunately I needed more parts than I thought to repair a shower. When they returned they completed the job in a few hours and we are back to normal ! Would definitely recommend them for your next plumbing job !
