Fast ""doordash"" that delivers nothing. I asked them to review my request description and pictures before sending out plumbers to make sure they have some idea on it. Yet, the first sentence of the plumber on his first sight was ""we don't do it. It is not our responsibility"" but ""I will need to charge $55 for coming out"". With your luck into seeing my experience, don't waste time and money on this business.

Was originally quoted a $69 service visit that would be applied to any work done on our panel service. After objecting to the fee, I was told it would be done gratis.
Javier came out with his assistant and were very helpful. The price was quoted at $950 to $1100. After going back to the van to get live pricing and about 20 minutes the total came to $1250. This was $500 to $550 more than everyone else's other quotes. After asking for a labor breakdown for the 2.5 hour job, and the price breakdown for the breakers I was told it was a set price for the entire job so if it took longer it wouldn't be charged more. However for a job quoted for 2.5 hours of labor and $450 in breakers, it turned out their labor rate was about $400 an hour which is more than the going rate per yelp at $80 to $180 an hour.
Super responsive super professional but labor rate is high when quoting a project for breaker replacement and bussing cleanup.
Then to merely mount a socket splitter on a wall it was going to be $175 for this 20 minute job.
If you can afford it go with them for electrical jobs, but you will be paying above market labor rates.
Manager was informed but they are so busy they never got back to me so I hired another vendor did the entire two jobs for $711 which would've cost me $1425 at Carini almost double.

Javier was simply outstanding, he recommends what you need and takes the time to ensure your fix is worth the investment. Electrical isn't cheap, but Javier takes the time to make you understand what your investing in and whether or not it's truly worth it. NO BS just a thorough honest evaluation. Will not call another electrician before consulting him again.

Carini just replaced my 20 yr old AC/Furnance, and I was immediately impressed with the impact of the new high efficiency replacement units.
Both units are extremely quiet and the air flow is perfect. My point person was Anthony great, he spent time explaining & showing me exactly what I needed & gave me a fair quote from the start then made adjustments as needed. Hike & Christan were the installers, they called, showed up on time explained what they were going to install and finished everything in a timely manner. Had Carini out fixing a botched wall heater install. They were amazing, even when we ran into a snag due to a home structural issue. They were so quick to come up with a solution. I worked with John, Chewy, and Christian and they were so professional, but still incredibly friendly! They walked me through everything they were doing and even entertained my toddler along the way. New heater looks and works great! Highly recommend this company!

I got a quote for a ductless mini-split system in two zones. The process of getting the site visit, working through options for brands and system size was all very straightforward and responsive. Quotes were comparable to other vendors. We went with a Mitsubishi ceiling cassette in our living room and a wall unit in our bedroom. Getting the electrical work and system installed all happened smoothly as scheduled in one day. Since then, the system has been working great and has been well worth the investment in having a heat and cooling system again.

I had a Bryant system installed from this company 7 years ago. it has a 10 year manufacturing warant. Carini has been out here every week or two approximately 12 times since October. We have had no heat since October. We are in our 70s and this has been the worst experience I've ever gone through. They keep telling us we should be given a new system but they have to prove to the manufacturer that each part has been checked. it is now January and the temperatures are in the 30s. we need real help and when I've asked to speak with the owner Gabriele Carini I have been told no.
