This company installed a Bradford White hot water heater over a year ago. They charged $4275.00 at the time. When they finished I was getting hot water from all my cold water faucets. I told them this and they had someone come out and gave a cursory look at the situation said there was nothing wrong with the installation, charged me another $50. for his call and left.

This not only runs up my electric bill but puts stress on the icemaker in my frig having to make ice out of hot water. It puts stress on me because if I want a cold drink of water forget it. There's also hot water in the toilet tanks. I definitely would not recommend this company. In his TV adds his little daughter says to ""call him it's the smart thing to do"". It's not.

I was thrilled with the recent service we received from Carini. We just moved into our home, and we had Carlos come to look at the furnace and air conditioner. He made excellent suggestions, and he proposed work that actually needed to be done rather than frivolous work that would just cost me more. He was incredibly patient with my questions, he was very informative, and he was friendly and respectful.

We also had Miguel come at the same time to help with some plumbing work. He was equally friendly, communicative, and informative. He readily took on the tasks we needed done without trying to create additional work or cost. Most important, he discovered a potentially serious concern that had been overlooked by the inspector, and he got it corrected quickly and easily.

I am grateful to Carini for their work and their expertise, and I look forward to turning to them for any further needs.

I reached out to Carini after being notified of major gas leak in the crawl space of our home. SDGE had turned off the gas already, but Carini went out of their way to get someone out to us ASAP.
AJ was able to get to our house by 8am, and quickly diagnosed the problem. After giving us our options, we opted to take the quote and attempt to go through our home warranty company...this was a mistake!
After several days of back and forth with the warranty company, incorrectly filed service requests on their end, and an appointment with an appointed plumber who went radio silent after their 10 minute visit, I ended up deciding to go out of pocket. AJ and Carini were checking in with me periodically to make sure that I was being taken care of by the warranty, so it was a no brainer to give them business.
AJ was back out to the house after rearanging his schedule, and had our leaking plumbing replaced, and gas lines rerouted. He verified that we were leak free, and went about setting up the appointments for city inspection and SDGE service reactivation.
I can't thank AJ and the team at Carini enough for the care exhibited for our home and family!

The Mitsubishi unit I chose is powerful and silent. The team came on installation day and went to work immediately. Exceptional quality. I couldn't recommend this place enough. Not only did they come out the same day. But Carlos the technician that was sent out was super friendly and did a great job. He really went above and beyond to make the experience exceptional. He provided a quick and efficient service and also provided exceptional value that you won't find anywhere else. Our heater went out during our cold spell. Carini came out right away and installed it the very next day at a reasonable price. The installers were here on time, installed it and tested it before they left. They will be handling all of our heating and air conditioning issues from now on.

What a pleasure to do business with a competent and reliable business. I initially met with Anthony who planned my conversion to a split AC system. The units were photoshopped onto the pictures he took of my rooms. The crew was on time and so efficient they finished a two day job in one day. They were personable, respectful and returned items to their original place. I have already recommended Carini to a relative.
The reviews and website were informative. I was impressed with Carini's level of community involvement as well. Their many 5 star reviews are well deserved.
