My client needed help changing out the gas line from an old range to a new range. The employees went above and beyond to help them and Michael let them borrow his tools and the putty to put on the attachment and helped walk the tenant through the visit because, bless their heart - they did not have the kind of money that was needed just for a service call, let alone the work. They were kind and compassionate people who really wanted to make sure they were safe and to help them feel comfortable by showing them how to safely change it out. I will use people like them all the time because you can tell they care. I am a Realtor and I took their card and plan to use them in the future. A little kindness goes a long way. .
