What a great company to work with. The service was excellent and done in a timely manner. Explanations and options were given before the work started. The final bill was less than the estimate. ( Very unusual in today's world ). To top it off, I received a call from their billing department that I had written the check for $10 more than the bill and that they were refunding the money. That is HONESTY!

The team here is great! Definitely a well deserved 5 star review. I have been using them for several years now. The heat stopped working in my business because of a motor burn out. The came in the very next day and we're able to get the part quickly and replaced it the following morning. I am so grateful to Sergio and all the people who promptly addressed my urgent request . They are the best!

Worst service I have ever had. I had tech guys come out on three difference occasions to give recommendations on how to fix the lack of heat in my kitchen. Every time they said they would get back to me with a plan and they never did. Then Dave, one of the managers, came out a few weeks ago after I complained about the lack of service. Dave told me exactly what they would do and he would send a number of guys to work on my duct work later that week. Well no one ever came and when I called back to set something up I never received a call back. Bishop Heating is the way to go. Bishop Heating has been on top of everything once I got them involved. Carefree Comfort, honestly, was one of the worst customer service experiences I have been a part of.

We've been using Carefree for years - exceptionally professional - always! We have used them for furnace repair, installation and general service for over 15 years.

After our last service call, a drain got clogged which caused water to overflow a drain and cause some damage to a wall. Carefree came out immediately, blew out the drains to ensure proper flow. They inspected the minor damage and without hesitation brought in a painter to fix the damage. Stuff sometime happens - it's how you deal with it that counts. Carefree passes with flying colors!

We will continue to use Carefree and without hesitation refer them out.

I bought my home 9 years ago and over those years have needed a new furnace and ac unit, hot water repair, and clogged sink repair. Have always been pleased with the service, pricing and crew. In addition, when I need yearly maintenance, the woman who does the scheduling (Barb) has always accommodated my work schedule. It's nice to have a company take pride in the work they do and treat the customer fairly!

Our air conditioning unit wasn't working properly. Dave Sciarrone, from Carefree Comfort, sent his service and repair men out very quickly. The guys were so very nice, very respectful of my home and knowledgeable. They explained the problem to me, had the replacement part ordered and came back the next day to finish the repair. Call Carefree Comfort for an all around great experience. I will always call them for all my heating and air conditioning needs.
