Arcadio is the MAN! He's come out twice to help us with pinhole leaks in our old copper pipes. He is efficient, skilled, professional, friendly, and helpful in answering other questions we had. He was able to respond and complete the job quickly, which as you can imagine is critical with pinhole leaks since the water is off until it can get fixed. Very much appreciate their service. Pricing is competitive and fair as well.

Today, Arcadio worked his magic yet again! This time it was the replacement of my two toilet water shutoffs (knobs and hoses), called angle-stops. When I was shutting off my toilet water flow for cleaning my toilet, the shutoff knob had come off in my hand, since the screw in it had disintegrated from our lovely calcium-riddled San Diego water. So I called Arcadio to come to my rescue. When he got here, I asked him if he could replace the knobs in my second bathroom, too, if he had the time before his next appointment. He recommended replacing the hose, not just the knob, since it was almost 15 years old. I'm not one to resist some logical preventive maintenance, so I decided I wanted Arcadio to do the first knob and hose and then, if he had time, do the second set. He luckily made quick time of the first set and so was able to do the second set before his next appointment. Thanks again, Arcadio!

Care PLUS Plumbing is the best! They were on time (actually early). They were respectful of my home. They wore booties to keep from tracking dirt. Care PLUS fixed my kitchen sink drain when another company fixed it but only temporarily. I am very happy with the service as well as the pricing. Arcadio was very informative. I know exactly what he did and why. I will definitely be using him again time I have any plumbing issues. I have also referred him to my friends and family.

Arcadia at Careplus plumbing was a lifesaver. It was 5 PM on a Sunday and all of a sudden we had no water pressure. We called about 20 plumbers but no one was available until Arcadia returned our call. He came out at 6 PM and spent three hours trying to restore our water. He needed to flush out all of our faucets and sinks so wasn't able to finish that night. However, he made sure we had one complete working bathroom before he left. He came back the next morning and completed the job. He did a great job of diagnosing the problem and completing all the necessary repairs. Two weeks later I had a problem in that my ice machine was not working. He didn't think it was a result of his work but he came out anyway to investigate. The water valve under my kitchen sink had been turned off by the reverse osmosis repair man. Arcadia turned it back on and didn't charge me for the service call. I would not hesitate to use Careplus for any plumbing project big or small. They definitely earned our five star rating!

I would like to recommend Arcadio Olivo at CarePlus Plumbing & Drains. My bathtub faucet had been leaking for ""a while"" and though I knew this would most likely require a professional plumber (after my dad attempted to fix it this past summer but alas the leak returned), I kept putting it off out of fear it would be too costly a repair for my budget.

This morning, after tiring of hearing the drip drip drip coming from my bathroom, I finally decided to look at Recommendations on my Nextdoor Ap and call a professional plumber. I saw that CarePlus had great reviews so decided to give them a call. I didn't expect anybody to be available to come by today but Arcadio showed up just after 1:30 p.m. and explained to me in great detail what it would cost ranging from less expensive if A to most expensive if C. His rates sounded fair and reasonable so I said, Ok let's do it.

Arcadio is pleasant, professional and worked really fast. It is now 2:40 p.m. and my bathroom is fixed, I'm all paid up and don't feel like I was robbed! So like I told him as he was leaving, I hope I don't need a plumber again but if I ever do, I'm calling you!

After several frustrating phone calls, ridiculous quotes and no return call we finally found Arcadio and Care Plus Plumbing. Arcadio answered the call and came out to our house in a Saturday by noon. Quickly assessed the job, got the part and fixed our leaking shower within an hour. Great friendly service at a reasonable rate. We will definitely call him first next time!

I highly recommend CarePLUS Plumbing & Drains. Arcadio and his entire team saved the day after I received a call from the City of San Diego to let me know that my water bill was already over $1,600. There was zero evidence of a leak, however, after some initial troubleshooting it was determined that there was a leak in the main line to the house but because the house is on a slope, it was all just draining downhill. Arcadio and his team got a new line to the house quickly and did a great job considering the type of soil and tree roots they had to contend with. I will not hesitate to call them again!
