I have used Cardinal in the past, but am confused now. I called 3 times in the last week for an extensive list of items to do at our house and no one has ever called me back. The last call I insisted on speaking with the owner/manager ( on 6/21/13) and was told that I would be called by the end of the day. No call. I was stunned.

I called them on a Friday morning. The person who answers the phone and the dispatch coordinator said they could come out that afternoon. I called after 2pm (they said they would be available then) and no one answered the phone. I called back Monday morning and spoke to the manager and he had no idea that this happened. Maybe I was just unlucky. I would be careful using this business as I will never use them again based on this experience.
