Cardinal quoted us $650-$700 for a small plumbing job. It didn't seem right. We called Nicolete Shores. They charged $300, came right away, and did a great job.

I called Cardinal and 1 other company and Cardinal was the only one that called me back. I just moved to the area so not very familiar with them. They arrived in a timely manner, not the problem. They changed a safety valve in the shower so I could get hot water, again not the problem. I had an inline whole house filter that I asked them to install. They installed a different filter without asking me, little bit of a problem for me, but not THE problem. The bill presented to me was $904.19, THE problem!!!!!! That was for 2 men for 3.5 hours. I think that was a huge problem. I have since spoken with another plumber and several other people who have all confirmed that they agree that the bill was and is a huge problem! The workmen were very nice, but that's not enough for me to ever recommend.

Amazing customer service! Their advertisement says 24 hour service and it's 10:54pm on a Friday night and we have no water. I call hoping I can leave a message and get a call back in the morning. A nice lady answers, takes my information and says she will have someone call. 10:57 my phone rings and Travis asks if I would like him to come by tonight or in the morning, I tell him if it's not too much trouble tonight would be great. We live 15 minutes from town. He arrives at 11:25 and we had running water again by 11:30 with an appointment to replace a couple parts on Monday! Thank you!!!

Left after about twenty minutes when I caught them pumping gray water into my kids play area outside. Had already confirmed just minutes before that they would pump outside of fence. Left with drainage pit still disassembled and doors to house still open. Unprofessional clowns.
