Garrett and Chris were excellent! We had to have our HVAC system replaced since our old system was probably 30 years old. They were professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Garrett went above and beyond to explain what he was doing and what I could do to keep the system running at peak efficiency. I was not happy that I had to replace my unit but it was time and Cardinal made the process as stress free as possible. Financing was an easy process and the estimate was spot on. Not sure if they have changed the ownership. But I heard they changed the management. The quality of service reduced, it becomes pricy, and the people coming to our house aren't very knowledgeable. Stop using them for our plumbing and AC heating.

Our townhouse heat pump unit had started freezing up and appeared to be leaking refrigerant. Not ideal in late January!

The previous owners had replaced the air handling unit only a few years ago so I wasn't interested in replacing the whole system if it wasn't required. I called 4 HVAC companies to bid. 1 never returned my call, 2 came and looked but wouldn't even give me a bid on replacing only the heat pump unit and not the air handler.

Only Carl & Cardinal took the time to bid me what I wanted and came up with a creative solution to ensure the unit would fit in the existing space.

They were willing to work with me a bit on price and the install went flawlessly. The team was in and out in a matter of hours and were very conscientious in putting down drop-cloths and using booties when in the house.

Highly recommend Cardinal Heating & Air for all your HVAC needs.

Anytime I have a HVAC issue I expect an expensive bill. I've typically always found technicians to over-inflate the issue. Not the case with Cardinal HVAC. They found a part to be clogged and dirty causing my heat to not work. Fixed it! Heats been working over 4 weeks later without the usual let's replace your whole unit. Thank You Mike!

Had a very positive experience with Cardinal today. Called on a Saturday morning around 9 for an emergency job (toilet overflow/repair) and scheduling with the office was quick and efficient. Nikolai was dispatched and arrived promptly by 1pm. He provided a clear and comprehensive repair estimate which included more than one option. He was friendly, polite, professional and COVID compliant. The price in all honesty was a little higher than I would have imagined even on a weekend, but he replaced all the inner components of my Kohler toilet that were worn out after 7/8 years and also brought his wet vac to tackle the water overflow all over my bathroom floor. His work was very through and I'm not expecting any issues with the repairs although they do offer a guaranty. Will definitely recommend Cardinal to others requiring plumbing/HVAC services. Our house was built 16 years ago and still had all the original heating, AC, and water heater equipment. Time to update all. I did my due diligence and got my 3 quotes. While all quotes were in the same ballpark, Cardinal was the only one that took the time to do a full load calculation of our house. I'm and engineer, so I'm particular in demanding that the people I hire know what they're talking about. The other 2 companies spent all of 20 minutes looking at the old equipment and quoted a direct replacement of what we had. Many times, builders installed equipment is larger than it needs to be (one size fits all..) and that was the case here. I know because I did my own load calculation before anyone came to have a look. Cardinal was also the only one installing Lennox equipment, something that rated high on Consumer Reports.
We made a few changes to the original quote and I required some additional documentation prior to starting the job. Eric, our salesman, stuck with me and delivered all that I needed.
Our job was scheduled just a few short weeks after our contract was signed. The guys showed up around 10am and didn't leave until nearly 8pm that night. They got all 3 units installed along with some ducting modifications in one day. The guys were all very courteous, everything was cleaned up nicely, and best of all, everything worked to expectations.
There were a few things that needed to be tweaked, and one crew returned a week later to finish the job off.

I recently received two separate services from Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air. First, we had somebody come out for a routine maintenance check on our HVAC system. The technician was on time, communicative about when he was on his way, friendly, etc. Thankfuylly our HVAC system is in good shape so there was not any major work needed. The following week we had a Cardinal plumber come out to inspect a project we're working on in our bathroom. He arrived an hour earlier than expected and inquired if this new time would be okay. He was friendly and gave it to us straight about what the job would entail, his recommendations, etc. Overall, it was a very positive experience with Cardinal Plumbing Heating & Air.

This was my first time calling Cardinal Plumbing. I'd read all the good reviews and was like 'yeah, but they can't be THAT good.' Whoa. The technician, Zack, was super prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and above all, I felt like he 'really' cared. He fixed the issue and even sent me a document to refer to in the future for issues that may arise. I was a business owner for 24 years, so customer service is near and dear to my heart. Cardinal Plumbing, from the time I contacted them, to the time Zack left---was an incredibly awesome experience. These people ROCK! Will tell all my friends about them to.

Cardinal is the best....THE BEST!!! We had Barry Baker come out to our home and he explained everything to me twice!!! He was so thorough and professional and made me feel so taken care of that I signed up for the routine maintenance package on the spot knowing he will be the one to keep coming out! Great customer service. The tech came out and repaired HVAC quickly. He got straight to work and didn't try to sale me random things that weren't necessary. It was such a good experience I decided to have them come out to service my unit for the winter and look at my fireplace.
