After another handyman tried to fix our plumbing issue and couldn't we were in a major bind and I needed a plumber, fast. With the siding off my house and rain on the way, I spoke to Rafael on the phone and was frank with him, this was an emergency. Not only did Rafael come to my home same day, he fixed the problem professionally and quickly and was fair, honest, and his generosity was huge. Many professionals in trade industries hear emergency and they inflate the price, Rafael did not. Additionally, while he was knee deep in my problem he took multiple phone calls and even with those people he was more than candid, I even heard him tell one woman he would come out just to help her identify the kitchen faucet and the broken parts so she could call the manufacturer and get the parts for free. A one man crew, educated, and personable, I would recommend Rafael for absolutely any plumbing job, he is great!

Rafael came out for a second time today to work on a plumbing issue and this man is honest as the day is long. As a single woman dealing with maintaining a house, people like him are invaluable. I can not recommend his services enough!! The first time I called him he was out of town and, even when I thought I wouldn't be able to wait for him to come take a look at the issue, he kindly gave me advice over the phone to try to alleviate the problem, even when he didn't think he was going to get my business. Who does that any more? Several of my neighbours have also used him and rated him highly on NextDoor too! Call him - you won't regret it!

Don't know their work but company truck (RDF 7707 Feb. Forsyth tag) parked in handicap space at Texaco on Bald Ridge today at 5:15pm. I need those few handicap spaces - as shown by my tag. I don't want a plumber with no respect do you?!!
