WARNING!!! Do not use this Company... They tried to rip me off, and take advantage of me as a out of state (Seller) for my Houston home! Terry of Cardinal wrote up a $25,000+ estimate to replace all sewer lines and drains in my home that I was selling. There was no justification for there outrageous service quote or need for all new plumbing. Only greed!!

My plumbing issue was resolved by getting a second opinion and simply power jetting my sewer lines for $1,300 from a different reputable Company named (Rooting for less plumbing).

I will be reporting them to the BBB!

UPDATE: They did return even though it was after the 9-10 arrival window and we allowed them to do the work. They did work hard to find our leak and they were able to repair it the same day. It seems they just need to work on their scheduling procedures and how they keep their customers updated about what is going on.

I had an appt between 12pm and 3pm. On the day of the appt I received a call that they were on their way and they arrived before noon which was great. The two technicians who came looked at what I called them for (a leak from a water well) and said they needed to go back to their shop to get a trenching machine since the distance was longer than they had anticipated and they would be "right back". Two hours later I received a call from their office saying they wouldn't be returning. She said they only have one machine and it was being used so they would be back the next day between 9-10am. I even called back to confirm later in the day because I didn't want to stay home if they weren't going to be able to come back the following morning. She assured me they would. 9-10am came and went without anyone showing up and no call. Do not waste your time (literally) on these people.

I would not recommend this plumbing company. I had a water leak, made the appointment early morning. 20 minutes before they were suppose to arrive they called and canceled. It was almost 5p, I couldn't get another plumber to my house. When I spoke to them about the severity of my water leak, the only response I got was that they did me a favor by calling to let me know they weren't coming.

They didn't show up, and couldn't be bothered to call to say they couldn't make it.
Called them in the morning, they said they'd be out late afternoon. Got my phone number, said they would call before coming. Just before their office closed at 5pm, I called them to ask when they'd be out. They seemed very confused, put me on hold a long time, then asked if they could come out in the morning.
I prefer vendors that show their customers a little respect or common courtesy. I've used Cardinal before, but won't inconvenience them again by asking them to do some work.

Having used Cardinal many times we did not get a quote when we had them come to our house to replace two kitchen faucets with new ones that we had already purchased.
Big mistake. We were charged $400 for each replacement; that's $400 per hour labor cost.
When we called last week to question the amount, they promised to call back. We're still waiting.

Do not use or even contact this company.

I developed a leak where the water from the city goes into my home while I was out of town.
My neighbor called me to inform me there was water all over the front yard and into his driveway and the street.
I looked on Angie's list, Yelp, and Google and selected this company to call (mistake 1)
1) Called this company at about 9 am, spoke to the phone answer lady.
2) She told me a service man would be out between 1 pm and 3 pm.
3) I got home at 12 pm and called her again just to inform her I was at the house, and was informed the techs eta was still 1 pm until 3pm
4) By 4:30 no one had called or came. Called the company at 713-665-5890 and there was no answer and no voice mail.
5) To this day no one has called or came over.
