I used David at lease 5x within last year and this year. I did a lot of remodeling for our investment properties. I can honest give you a review on him, because I use him over five time! Different jobs, & different location. Sometime the price is okay, sometime is too high. You have to know pricing while dealing with him.

I use him to fix a leak is pass week, and I had someone else re-patch the drywall once he was done. Then within a day it was leaking again. We called him, he said he was a new area. Just another way to get more money. I'm not very happy, and after talking to my property manager, she told she not using him anymore. He's overpriced her other referral client, and not honest.

If you use him, you have to be careful, he sounds like a Christian, saying God bless you. But, is not all 100% true.

Very sad! I wouldn't be using him again on any of my properties, because he's not trustworthy.

I recently had my baby shower that had 150 guests. Although it went well with plenty or gifts and food! That is not a good combo when you only have 1 guest bathroom. My toilet clogged and I couldn't get it to go down with a plunger. I searched yelp the next morning and found Cardenas Plumbing and decided on a whim after seeing no reviews but he was close to my house to call for a quote. Once I got the owner David on the phone he was extremely polite and quoted me a very decent price to come snake my drains. He showed up same day as an emergency request and unclogged my drains with ease. I always appreciate a business that is self made, but I appreciate an honest, hardworking company even more and that is Cardenas Plumbing. Thank you!

Honestly I have never called a plumber that has been so quick to respond. I called a plumber that came out twice and was not able to fix my clogged toilet. David came and was able to resolve the problem and also suggest to install a clean out to help the on going issues. I have not had issues ever since and I will be sure to call Cardenas Plumbing for any of my future plumbing issues.
