My aunt needed her house in Klamath Falls winterized in November. I found Card Plumbing on the internet and the ad stated that they did winterize homes. I called in the summer and spoke to Nick who said they would surely be able to do it but call again about two weeks out for the job. I called 3 weeks out just to be safe and spoke to his wife who told me he was away but would be back in a week. I waited for him to call me but no response so I called again and left a message to please call me and confirm that they were coming. My aunt and I called and left 4 messages in the course of the next two weeks. It was getting too close to the time of departure so I called another plumber in desperation, Case Plumbing. They saved the day at the last minute and they were able to come and do a terrific job. The day before we left I went to Card Plumbing and confronted Nick for putting us through such stress. You can't leave a house for a long period in the cold weather until it is winterized. We were on a schedule and had to get back to So. CA. Nick gave me a story about how his employee called us back and spoke to us and even confirmed the job. It was a load of baloney. Since then another friend from KF told us that he also has had problems with this company. My aunt was looking for a good plumber since her old one had retired but she will never call this company again.
