Whether it be frozen pipes that need to be thawed out in the dead of winter or cracked pipes repaired in the spring, Richie Carbone is the first call I make because he is knowledgeable, reliable and most of all trustworthy. Pete the Plumber is a true professional and is a master of his craft.

Discovered Carbone Plumbing through a phone app. Richie Carbone and his staff did a great job. I had a bathroom sink faucet replaced. ( purchased my own replacement at home depot) Pete the plumber arrived promptly at the time discussed and was very patient and removing an old rusted speedy valve connection and replacing the faucet perfectly. I would highly recommend this business.

Replace a new boiler system for $7600 in the summer of 2017 and now it is winter, then realize one of the zone make a loud banging noise. I tried to ask the owner to come and fix it. He said I need to pay $550 to upgrade with a another because he said from time to time this happen to the new valve that I already install back in the summer time.

I total don't agree that I need to pay. 1. The system is not even one year yet, this is the first season that I use the boiler. 2. Why do I need to pay for another valve if the new valve is not working for my pipe, they came to look at the job before installation. 3. The contract said I have ) year warranty, what does this warranty cover?

In my world view, Carbone Plumbing & Heating Corp., located on Wills Avenue in Mineola, is inarguably, .. The Best. Richie Carbone and his plumbing staff are on call 24/7, and they answer emergency requests promptly in the dead of night and on holidays. One wintery evening in 2013, my nephew placed an urgent call at 11:45 PM to Carbone Plumbing & Heating's answering service. A section of his finished basement floor was flooded due to wastewater backing up from a clogged drain pipe that feeds into his sewer. He determined later that the hardwood floor finishers, who were at the house the day before, haphazardly had flushed copious amounts of hand wipes and other loose debris down a bathroom toilet. Richie and his assistant arrived at the house within 40 minutes with a gas-powered motorized 60 foot drain auger and digital video snake camera in hand. It was a two hour job but they stayed with it until Richie was 100% satisfied the clog was fully cleared and thoroughly tested by running the several house faucets coupled with repeated flushing's of the toilets for 30 mins. And it was on Christmas Eve a few years ago that water was leaking from the hot water tank in my furnace room. Richie arrived within 45 minutes and quickly replaced a defective pressure relief value. Later, at my request, he replaced the tank. In recent years, he and his crew have installed for me a new pressure expansion tank, repaired a defective water-gushing sprinkler system control value in my basement and replaced two annoyingly leaking outdoor frost-resistant garden hose bibs. I can vouch that Carbone Plumbing & Heating Corp. does not disappoint. In all respects they are 100% professional and 100% reliable and which is why I remain a true believer and loyal customer.
