I had trouble with Caraway Plumbing the last time I needed a plumber but decided to give them another chance. Big Mistake. I contacted Caraway Plumbing on Tuesday regarding a water leak in the clothes washer drain. A appointment for Friday was arranged. I left a message on Thursday afternoon on their voice mail about adding replacing my kitchen sink faucet. When I contacted them on Friday they said they did not check their voice mail and that they do not know where the plumbers are and will not know anytime during the day. I waited. They never showed up or called. The message I left on their voice mail was answered. It was Monday morning when they finally called and did not apologize for skipping out on Fridays appointment and did not even care when I said I found another plumber to do the job. They really do not care. I strongly suggest finding another plumber as Caraway plumbing is a waste of time.
