Joel and his team at Captain rooter did an amazing job and their pricing was the most competitive. Our sewer main collapsed and was partially broken for the condo building and they were able to come out and dig it up, completely replace it, pull permits, and redo the cement on top all in about a day and a half. Although this was not an emergency job, they worked really quickly and were easy to communicate with and really straightforward. I highly recommend working with them because they're in Chicago and very responsive and competitive on price, but high in quality.

Woke up yesterday morning and realized I didn't have any hot water. Let me tell you there's nothing better than taking a cold shower to wake you up in the morning!!! I gave Captain Rooter a call and thanks to Patrick I was able to take a nice hot shower this morning!! He came yesterday to replace my water heater and it was all done by the time I came home from work!!! He hauled away my old water heater and didn't leave a mess behind. I would def recommend Captain Rooter for any necessary repairs!! Thank you!!

Adam was courteous and responsive. He came late on Halloween night and had to return In the morning to finish the job. He was able to recognize that the leak in my sink cased water damage to my home and recommended a water restoration company. He worked clean and professionally. Kept this number in case!!!

Captain Rooter was great and really helped me in a pinch. My private sewer line was crushed and they were able to identify the location, setup the inspection with the city, and get me lined up for the city to repair the line. Will came out and was great to work with. He helped facilitate things with the city inspector, setup a pump to keep more sewage from backing up into my home. All in all, was able to avert a basement disaster as a result of Will and his timely response. Thanks!

Our ejection pump in our basement failed. Found Captain Rooter online, call was promptly answered, and Adam was at the house in about an hour. The pump was replaced and the area cleaned up in about 30 minutes. Highly professional, very timely, very friendly. Great service, guys. Thank you so much.

Out bathroom all of a sudden had a horrible smell of urine and water coming out around the base of the toilet. Adam and Andy came out and resealed out toilet and were really helpful and informative. They worked fast and got it fixed! Highly recommend them!

I called Captain Rooter to get a recently installed faucet fixed. They surprisingly were able to get out someone in just a few hours. However, when the guy showed up, he asked me for a wrench because he had forgotten his tools in his vehicle. Once I gave him the necessary tools, he was able to diagnose the problem. However, he never fully turned off the water supply so I had water all over that I thankfully noticed only a few hours later. It could have been much worse. I would not recommend them for any future repairs.
