We had to have a gas leak repaired and used Captain rooter first the first time. Adam helped diagnose and fix the problem. He went out of his way to make sure everything was done correctly and answer all of our questions. He also made a few other recommendations and finished up the work quickly. Everything came with a warranty, which added additional comfort.

We had suspected leaks in our guest bathroom and needed a professional to investigate the issue and work to resolve. Captain Rooter was able to send Pat K. out within a day to give us a quote based on his assessment of the issue. We called him back to complete the work and when he opened the walls found not 1 but 3 leaks! He was super professional and fixed all of our issues and gave us the peace of mind that it was done with quality and care. Pat was also personable and timely. I would recommend Pat or Captain Rooter to anyone with plumbing issues as a trusted business.

They are quick and efficient but not the best pricing in the market. My tenant said that the service man was rude and in her face about trying to replace a garbage disposer for which they charged me double the market rate.

I will add that the scheduling is amazing online and great follow up. That is why they have two stars instead of one for the behavior.

Adam A. came out after we had several other plumbers take a look at our kitchen sink block up and did everything humanly possible to open up our sink. He was awesome, taught me some things about plumbing, and fixed our issues! Definitely would recommend Adam A. at Captain Rooter for your plumbing!

Cannot thank Adam enough for his quick and effective work! I had a kitchen sink pipe that's been slowly leaking, and he was able to come out immediately to take a look and replace the part. Super fast, friendly and easy, would definitely recommend these guys :)

Will and Pat were great, they came out initially to install a gas shut off valve for our dryer and came back out again when we had called to let them know we smelled ""gas"" coming from behind our dryer that was recently installed. They were quick to respond and testing where the leak possibly could've come from and quickly let us know it was just a poorly tightened connection to the dryer. They fixed that for us and made sure there wouldn't be any further issues. If we ever have any issues these guys will definitely be the first we call to help us out.

Our kitchen sink started backing up on Saturday. Adam A. came out shortly after we called. He was able to diagnose and fix a tough clog in between our 2 inch sink pipe and main sewer line. He was able to fix the obstructed pipe with rodding, and saved us cost and hassle of water jetting. Great communication, honest work. Highly recommend.

Am highly satisfied with the work done with a sump pump that was not properly installed. Captain Rooter came out the next day after I had them come to quote the previous day. Adam A. explained exactly what was wrong & what was needed to rectify the situation and have it done correctly. (Previous owner started to install and then didn't finish and left some of the other stuff ) I didn't know all the lingo about the parts but passed the info. over to someone who is familiar & they told me, Yep, that guy knows his stuff & the price sounds about right.
It was 2 guys that did the job and they were clean,even wore shoe covers. That's another great thing I loved about the servic! : )

Overally just impressed because weirdly the sump pump is in a crawl space! Now I have a company to recommend when people ask me if I know someone .... I only picked them from Yelp and their good reviews & went with that!
