It's 1:30am and Joel got my sump pump to eject the water and the alarm to stop. Friendly , and it's hard to be friendly when you aren't sleeping. He doesn't make you feel bad about calling and he was able to get pictures via text to see more info. He arrived within 20 minutes. Job well done.

My sewer line along the house was blocked and required hydro-jetting. It was starting to become an emergency.
Power rodding has never been successful on my line.
I had reached out to these guys because my regular plumber kept blowing me off for over a week. Then the Arctic deep freeze came and nobody was working outside. Every time I flushed a toilet I feared the backup into the tub. My 15yo was restricted to 5 min showers which was a miracle in itself.
Luckily, Jesse got his guys over the same day to clear the line. The line was cleared quickly and efficiently.
Looks like I have new regular plumber. Thanks for the fast response and coming through for me.

Found Captain Rooter searching on yelp and saw they had great reviews so gave them a call. They were able to get out quicker than anyone else I called. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Jesse came out to check issues I was having after the deep freeze and took care to make sure everything was working properly after some pipe issues. Explained everything thoroughly. Honest straight shooter, highly recommended.

Due to freezing temperature, a pipe burst and caused flooding. I called multiple plumbers and most were overloaded with similar request. I found a company that said they can come out between 1-3 am. Since I didn't have many options, I booked the appointment. Then someone from Captain Rooter called us back stating that they can come out within 1 hour. He said he can drive right away. We confirmed the issue and the address. That was at 4pm. At 5:30pm no plumber showed up. I tried to call him back and just got a text response back stating that he cannot pick up because he is on the phone. I texted asking for a ETA. No response. At 6 and 6:30 I called back to the main office but all they were able to tell me is that they can page the technician. They cannot tell me what's going on. Meanwhile the entire building has no water and we are waiting. Nobody ever showed up or notified us that the appointment needs to be cancelled. Of course by the time I called the other company back, they were already booked out. Not a good way to do business and leave your customers hanging in an emergency situation without any notice

I wish I could give them 0 stars but anyways they are so unprofessional I had an emergency yesterday February 1, 2019 around 2am my pipes had burst spilling water throughout my whole apartment so I had shut off the water to the building. My fiancé called them around 4am to put in for service so they gave us a time slot of 11:30am to 1:30pm which was awesome, but a little before 11am someone had called and told us they were running a little behind so we could expect them after 1:30 and they would call 30 minutes before they arrive and we said okay BUT once it hit 6pm we got upset because still no service. I called the number once again and a women had picked who by the way sounded like she had no compassion whatsoever. The only response that was given to us was ""That they would call once they're there"" like seriously!! We've been waiting over 12 hours for service. NEVER AGAIN will I call this place again because it is now February 2, 2019 9:56am and we have yet to hear from this unprofessional company and our building is still with broken pipes and no water. Unbelievable. Shame on you for wasting our time!

Even during the polar vortex, Jesse and Tommy were able to get out the same day to diagnose and fix our burst pipe causing flooding. Quickly fixed, reasonably priced, both were professional and knowledgeable . The job was done before other emergency plumbers called us back.

Had frozen pipes thanks to Chi-Beria. Despite being tenth on the list, two nice gents arrived in under two hours and had the pipes thawed in 15 mins. Only thing I would change would be to have them be a little more attentive to the dirt their equipment brings in.
