Adam and James got sent out to fix a gas leak that nicor found in our pipes. They were very thorough and professional. They let us know everything they were doing, why they were doing it and the function of different parts. Very knowledgeable and really knew what they were doing. Fantastic job.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a SCAM! They are not professionals at all. They were supposed to show up at 9 AM and their manager was calling US to see if we knew where their employee was. They did not apologize for showing up 3 hours late. Their ""inspection"" for our guest bathroom shower leak was to cut 2 holes in our walls. Not only did they cut holes in our walls for nothing, but they put some silicone inside the shower and it looked terrible like a newborn tried applying it to the shower. They also broke one of our mirrors while cutting a hole in the ceiling and didn't even mention it until we had to send their manager pictures. For almost $530 they did not solve our guest shower leak and inconvenienced us even more. Terrible company do not waste your time with them!

We had a gas leak over the weekend, which resulted in our gas shut off. I was able to contact Captain Rooter and someone who is able to come out quickly and identify that there were multiple leaks. They return the following day and were able to address all the leaks and found a couple of more. Very fortunate that this did not turn into a fire or worse.
Special things to Manny and Brandon for all the hard work, especially during this time of year. They were nothing short of excellent and fantastic, hard-working individuals.

Absolutely Terrible! Do not let this outfit SCAM YOU like they SCAMMED ME! I was referred to a legit plumber from a friend the other day. When I googled to get the number and placed the call somehow I got rerouted to this Captain Rooter unknowingly! I was so ""out of sorts"" while it was raining poop water in my basement I didn't even catch it. The following morning captain Rooter shows up. I was confused and asked why and it's because they grab the phone calls and steal them, WOW!
