I give them one star because they've done good work for me in the past, and 0 is not an option. But my last experience was my last. Joey Greene came out and short cut a job to re-route a leaking line by pushing a smaller diameter tube through the original line. Don't ever allow this. Leak fixed; water pressure gone! Also, charged me exorbitantly for half-day of work, $1000 (I talked him down from $1300). When I texted and called to report the pressure issue, he ignored and never called me back. I called and spoke to Captain Ron himself, who said he would get with me to resolve, and now he won't call me back. Do not use this company. Not reliable or trustworthy.

We hired Captain Ron's plumbing to help us with a major bathroom remodel. They were very responsive when contacted. They were usually able to come within the same day or set up appointments soon as they were able. They relocated two drains and two water lines in the slab foundation, two sink drains, two sets of sink water lines behind the wallboard, installed and connected all new faucets. All work was done correctly, within the estimated timeframe and at a very reasonable price. They also did a very thorough job in cleaning up the area when they were finished. We are very pleased with their work and will be using them again in the future.

So, so pleased with the service we got from Captain Ron's!

After not hearing back from another local plumber, a friend recommended Captain Ron's, as her parents had be using them forever. 15 minutes after leaving a voicemail, I had a returned call and was set up for the next morning. It was a bigger issue than we had anticipated, and they took care of everything, including trying to save as much grass as possible when they dug a trench through our yard. They also patched things enough to get our water turned back on until they could return with a city permit. Cody and Joey did the job thoroughly and professionally, and came in at the bottom of the range they had quoted.

They don't have a great website or seem to have much online presence, so I wanted to give a glowing review, as they would be easy to overlook for a flashier company. If you need a plumber in Lewisville, I can't recommend them enough!
