Absolutely horrible scammers. We were referred to them through our home warranty company. A plumber came out, looked at the faucet, then told us he would be right back. He never came back. Fast forward TWO DAYS - still no word. We had to call to see what was up. We discovered they told the warranty company that we intentionally damaged a fixture and that ensured the warranty company wouldn't cover the work to repair it, but they still got paid for their service call. Then they tried to bill me $500 to replace a faucet. Come on. Get out of here. I spoke with the owner and he refused to explain why the tech made that determination. He told me to speak with the warranty company and refused to listen when I explained that I already had spoken with them. He admitted that the tech had made that determination but wouldn't give me any further details. This company does nothing but scam. I will be filing a complaint with the state (dept of consumer protection) as well.

Tre came to my houseto fix a leak in my kitchen.
It was the 4th time someone had come to fix it and He did it.
He was very patient, explained the problem and was able to fix the problem with in a timely maner.
He Alerted me ahead of time when he was arriving and followed ALL COVID procedures Respectively. (Mask and Booties)
He took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns in a very Professional manner, which is rare these days.
He was very helpful and courteous.
I will hire them without a question. Tre is the best.

I used this guys 4 years ago when i had my hot water heater/prv replaced. They didn't suggest I get an expansion tank and they didnt obtain a permit for the install. Come to find out 4 years later, I should have an expansion tank (its code) and my city requires a permit for a hot water heater install. Other than that he was professional.

No wonder others felt the same way, this company is the worst in the valley. I had my property destroyed by them also, we still couldn't use out bedroom. Don't use them unless you want your property destroyed.

These guys came out and repaired my leaky toilet with no issue at all. They were very courteous, fast, and helpful, answering all my stupid questions. If I ever need a plumber again, I will hire them without question.
