I highly recommend Captain Cold for your heating and air conditioning needs. They came out on the day I called for service, found the problems with our air conditioner, and had it repaired before they left - after dark. Very courteous, professional.

If I could give zero stars for this business I would. By far the worst AC service we have ever had. What first was a simple """"overheating"""" issue, turned into a EIGHT DAY nightmare. Each time the company came, they either forgot a tool or their """"pump"""" was broken. Each time they had to order a part and waiting days to receive it. Finally, when the issue was resolved, we came home to dirt all over the ground. A broken plank from the ceiling (where part of the ac is located) and a dirt all over our guest bathroom. The shower curtain was torn off the wall and laying on the ground. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS.

Don't bother. Paid for repair but was not done well. Was forced to listen to how reputable they are and how good they are while repair was happening. The a/c doesn't run as well as it did prior to development of the problem. Am still waiting for parts to be returned. We were told one part that was replaced was under warranty and we would get the new warrantied part. Have seen nothing. You might as well burn your money. Made multiple calls sent texts and nothing. Told I would hear back in 24 hours and it's been 3 weeks.

Not good service in my opinion. Would not use them again. Install at one of our rental properties. Price was good but if we could hire another provider and go through the process again at a slightly higher rate we would have. The delays in performance caused us to lose more $ in rental revenue than the replacement unit cost. If you have the time to go through multiple appointments without needing cool air in the middle of summer and are solely price conscious, I would highly recommend them.

Very fast service and easy install of a new system. The owner was very helpful through the process and was sure to have my new system up and running within a day of calling him because my pregnant wife and child were in the hot Florida house. Excellent company..... Take advantage of the maintenance contract they offer, well worth the money and good to find issues before a total system failure.

This is from 2018. Original review was posted on Facebook: They won't pull permits and when you call and ask why you'll never get an answer. 2+ weeks of calling and calling, my AC still has no permit. The owner will never call back. You'll get the runaround from Judy, who I'm sure is the puppet to the owner. Basically - they suck ass. Don't use them Update: Well I never heard back from anyone about getting a permit never pulled for my ac and because a $75 or so permit wasn't done I had to give a substantial credit to the buyers of my home. Basically this company is run by an incompetent man and puppet staff
