Since they were bought out by another company the communication is terrible . You are told you will receive a text or phone call hrs before they arrive. Called back talked to someone else and that was not the case . You will be called when they are heading your way. That surely didn't happen. I received text email and a phone while they were in the driveway. Thanks for the heads up

Captain Clog came out right away, the same day we called. The service person, Ryan, did an outstanding job. Our basement drain was flooding and we also could not locate the sewer traps in our front lawn. It took quite a bit of time but Ryan did not give up. He was personable, patient, and extremely diligent. Not only did he unclog the issue but we also found the traps, over a foot down, covered in duct tape and without caps. Who does that?!? We would highly recommend Captain Clog, as their professionalism and price were extremely better than their bigger competitors.

This company is fantastic! After several attempts to clear the clog myself, I just didn't have the experience and the equipment to be successful. Jeremy was a pro and got the job done in less than an hour. I could hear him running all of the water afterwards and flushing the toilet several times to make sure the issue was truly taken care of. He was also very timely, personable and friendly. Best of all, I got a very reasonable and fair price! This is a dirty job, but you wouldn't think so after seeing the results and the positive attitude that he had.

Anthony from Captain clog just came out and fixed an issue that we thought was going to be a major issue and turned out to be a very reasonably priced, fast fix. This company is OUTSTANDING! They came to my personal residence for a backed-up sink that another plumber couldn't fix. Their professionalism was excellent. They solved the problem carefully. They made some very useful recommendations and suggestions to avoid problems in the future. Great customer service and these guys clearly know what they are doing. Glad we found them.
