Capps began as an aspiration. After years of acquiring essential knowledge and experience, Joe Capps assessed the level of service he believed his clients deserved. He had a track record of providing top-quality work with a great attitude. He always treated his clients with genuine respect, ensuring they knew they could rely on him for future services.
Realizing that this was not frequently the case with others calling themselves plumbing professionals, he resolved to create his own company—one that promises all customers receive the best plumbing and sewer services along with clean and polite treatment. All of this at rates that match or surpass any competitors!
Today, about fifteen years later, Joe Capps still holds true to that foundational idea...with every task, every client, every day.
We believe this is why Capps has received an impressive number of customer referrals over the years. Joe firmly believes that when it comes to caring for your most valuable asset, your home, you should never take risks with those you choose to maintain it or perform necessary repairs. You need to have complete trust in these professionals. This is why he created Capps Plumbing and Sewer as the ideal model of what a plumbing and sewer company ought to be: trustworthy, proficient, clean, and courteous. Not to mention, Capps offers prices that meet or beat anyone else in the market.

Highly recommended. Joe the owner and his son Joey are professional and there to give the best service possible and guarantee their work. Rare in this day and age.
Came after hours and really helped us out! They cleared the clog and got our bathrooms back up and running.
Gabriel C.Horrible experience with Capps. My HOA hired them for a rodding and that alone took an entire weekend which means they got to bill an insane amount for a rodding. Be careful and look elsewhere before deciding on them. Will not recommend or use them ever again. After they finished i had stained baseboards my stairs were scratched up my yard was destroyed and im pretty sure they broke the seal under my toilet.
Maryann K.Capps came to the rescue when I started a load of wash and water started gushing from the pipe! I was very glad I had used this company before and had their info on my fridge! my call was answered right away on a Friday afternoon and Kyle and Stephen arrived within a few hours. Friendly and knowledgeable, my pipes were taken care of. I highly recommend Capps Plumbing.
Capps Tristan came out scoped the line and honored warranty work immediately. The three technicians Tom, Lazaro & Anton were polite, courteous , knowledgable and cleaned up after the work was done. They went the extra mile. Thanks for coming out right away.
After using Capps in the past for an ejector pump, I called them when I had no running water in my master bathroom. I assumed it was a frozen pipe due to the very cold weather. (I was correct.) While I very much appreciated that they were able to send a repairman within a few hours, I am still reeling from the amount that I was charged. I was told they were only servicing emergencies that day and emergency prices were in effect. I felt I had no recourse but to pay the extremely high price. BTW, it was on 12/23, not a holiday. Days later, I'm still bothered by the price and I feel that I was taken advantage of and will probably not use Capps again. Two stars because they were able to thaw the frozen pipe.
P M.Nov. 30,2022 - - Tony & Steve. . Had gas line piping to be replaced in an old (80+ year) house. Noticed by my HVAC tech- arranged with Capps to handle it since they were handling a hot water tank situation. Guys were great - Tony & Steve did a plain walk thru of what they were going to do and how long it should take. In view of cold temps, they heated up the house before they brought in supplies/tools and had to shut off the gas. Very professional and helpful in identifying and showing me all the gas connections hidden in the basement drop-ceiling.
Great job, cleaned up every scrap, finished in the time they expected. No surprises in either work needed or costs. Had everything sealed up and back up and running before the house even got down to 60-degrees. Thanks, Gents!
Mary S.Tristan from Capps installed a new sump pump and a battery backup . He explained the pricing before he did the work . He was professional and courteous. I would recommend Capps and would use them again . Also I like the fact that a live person answers the phone . She was very helpful and personable.
Kate K.Wanted to send a BIG Thank you out to Tristan and his colleagues at Capps Plumbing. We had a sewage pump problem that was threatening the enjoyment of our treasured finished basement (aka mancave). I called Capps this morning and they sent Tristan out to address the problem by noon! He was attentive, knowledgeable and his expertise did the trick! Thank you Tristan to you and the Capps team.
Jared W.We called the Capps team about an irrigation pump leak in our basement that needed urgent attention. They scheduled an appointment 3 hours out only to tell us once arriving that they do not service irrigation pumps since they are not connected to drinking water or sewage (untrue, as they are connected for our home). Another plumber was able to come out and fix the leak shortly thereafter and informed us that any plumber would be licensed to fix the issue. We paid Capps $81 for the 5 minute service call just to be told incorrectly that they were licensed to help, so we're very disappointed with their service.
