Locally owned family-run company since 2000. All tasks are performed by a qualified Master Plumber. We specialize in home and industrial plumbing services, including remodeling, backflow testing, and repairs. Our offerings include drain maintenance for all plumbing fixtures, including waste lines, washbasins, commodes, and bathtubs. We utilize video technology to inspect sewer lines. We install cleanouts for convenient access to your sewer system. If necessary, we can replace sewer lines in your yard or tunnel under your home. Our water heater services cover flushing, repairs, and replacements for both electric and gas models. We provide gas line services and repairs, including the installation of new lines for stoves, outdoor grills, and dryers. Leaking faucets, running toilets, and broken garbage disposals are simple fixes for our team. We also run new water lines for water softeners and can install units provided by the owner. We can identify slab leaks and rerun water lines as required. We test the main domestic water line for high pressure and install reduce pressure valves, customer shut-off valves, and expansion tanks on water heaters as needed. Established in 2000, our company is run by Art, our Master Plumber, who brings 22 years of plumbing experience in San Antonio and nearby areas. Art has expertise in both domestic and business service and remodeling. Our goal is to provide a more individualized service that you won't find with larger firms. Art and Jackie are the owners and operators of our plumbing service. Art is the Master Plumber providing our expert plumbing services, and Jackie oversees all office functions.

Sent an incompetent plumber. First misdiagnosed the issue; second broke open a pipe which flooded my downstairs with sewage; third in trying to fix the damage he caused, the plumber splashed purple primer all over my cabinets and appliances (if you know this plumbing chemical, you know it is indelible); fourth refused to fully fix the damage; fifth when I spoke with the owner Joe Capps, he yelled an obscenity at me and hung up.
This really is a classless, unprofessional outfit. Really sorry we called them. Ignore their big ad and save yourself a bunch of trouble.

Linda C.Great honest company. Have a rental property and we live out of state needed someone to take care of thing that come up. Needed to switch out water softener in the house and had a small window to do it. S/w Jackie she quoted a fair price and they could work within our time frame.They offered an Angie's List discount. The plumber showed up on time and did the job for less then quoted. Now that is great customer service. We found ourselves a new plumbing contractor.
Albert M.Emergency leak in the pipe in washing machine alcove. Yelped Capps whose address indicated they were close by. Answered by wife of owner/operator and she was friendly and informative, made good suggestions and called back to inform me when a plumber could make it out. Honest scheduling. Told me that if he couldn't make it she would let me know so I could schedule someone else. Then, called and someone came out within the hour. He was friendly and competent. Did a good job. Cleaned up. Reasonable rates. I would use them again.
