Chris resolved a black water issue that plagued our home plumbing for three years in a five minute phone conversation. Despite multiple plumbers and contractors looking at it, no one could ever figure it out. He is brilliant. He didn't even charge me! Love this guy!

I had Mr. Capparelli perform services form me on a toilet recall about a year ago. With free parts from the recall he charged me about $375.00 for an hour's worth of work. It seemed expensive but I thought it was the going rate in the area. I had problems with my upflush toilet system in June 2019. I called Chris again. He couldn't get to see the problem until sometime in July. Then he didn't show on July 8, 2019, the date he set to look the system over. I emailed and texted him trying to get him to address the problem caused by some flooring installers and he basically lead me on from mid June until today, October 15, 2019, giving the excuse he was too busy. Too busy since June???? If he didn't have the ability or desire to do the work, he should have just said so. Not Reliable and Over priced. Greg S.

I called Capparelli and a couple of other local plumbers when we had a problem with our hot water heater. Chris called me back within an hour and worked in a time to stop by and take a look at the issue among his existing appointments. Chris made time to come back later that day and installed a new heater within quote. I really appreciated the quick call back and making time to address everything as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend Capparelli!
