In reviewing the ratings most of the low ratings occur when the company is sent out by the home warranty companies. The high ratings from private non home warranty customers. Why is this a pattern - what gives??

Excellent service!! Vic squeezed us in due to hot water issues. He was so responsive and made sure that we would be seen asap. The tech was amazing. He quickly took care of the issue. He didn't come up with any excuse as to why this was beyond the scope of his work. He was amazing. Will definitely be using them again.

Greg came out cause I didn't have hot water in the house and saw that the water heater was not working and was under warranty he called rheem and brought a new water heater the same day and installed it after hours just so we can have hot water and not wait till tomorrow. Much appreciated

Be aware of these people. They were sent by the home warranty insurance to repair a defective water pressure regulator after their technicians confirmed 175 pressure in pipes that blew up internal shutoff valves. They said they need authorization but never requested one. One week later, they refused to do the work, and when I complained to the insurance, they asked for $485 out-off pocket to replace the regulator. Be aware.

Avoid this company at all costs. They were assigned to my claim by my home warranty and all they do is try to upcharge and find things that aren't covered under warranty. This is the 2nd time now! 1 star is too generous.

Don't use these guys if you are worried about Covid-19. Greg was proud to state that none of his team are vaccinated and only wear masks on request.

Unpleasant to work with. Took a condescending tone and decided to argue with me when I called them out on it. No thanks. I don't need your business and so not recommend them. Unfortunately, my home warranty put them on my service call. Not customer facing at all and very combative attitude.

I was assigned to this company through my home warranty. They are awesome...I got lucky. Any other plumber could have and would have kicked up the price on me but they are honest. They explained everything and said that they would try to get my gas plumbing situation taken care of without going beyond the contract and they were able to do just that. I've never been so impressed with plumbers. Highly recommend.

They are pretty much liars. Had them come out from First American Warranty. And like others. they screwed me over too.
They couldn't find the gas leak, they found abandoned water line and mentioned they found a leak and capped. I can not believe it. I called the gas company to open the gas but there is still an issue. They charged me for nothing
Unfortunately was played as a fool.
DONT HIRE THEM!

What a scam! I had the unfortunate pleasure of these jokers after being referred by my home warranty company. They arrived to repair a leaking kitchen faucet. it took them all of 60 seconds to tell my wife the faucet had been installed incorrectly and she needed to turn the lever all the way to the left to shut it off properly. The fact it has been working perfectly for the past 5 years didn't seem to matter. I called their office the following day when the conman who answered to phone insulted my intelligence and didn't want to hear anything I had to say. Its all good, they collected their $75 fee in advance so I hope they spend it wisely.
NEVER call CAPITOL PLUMING unless you want to throw your money away.
