Second time had to use this company due to Home Warranty, and second horrible experience. Instead of predatory up charging like last time they came out, they came out then ghosted with no call back to ever complete any work, like make the hot water heater work again. I had to call the Home Warranty company and they had no information and two days later directed me to a new plumbing company with no explanation. Well here I am two weeks without hot water....

I wish I could say better for this company, they seem small, they really have been courteous and nice, but honestly the service and communication has left me so frustrated.

My warranty assigned to them for issues with my water heater, at first we were on a roll but now, all we need is for them to share their findings with my warranty and its been radio silence - I've called several times a day, left a text, voicemails, I do finally get ahold of someone and they explain they are dealing with a family situation, I get that, they tell me they'll share their findings at eod and I never hear back from them (this was Thursday last week). I decided to give it Friday and the weekend since again I knew a situation was happening, but Monday, called several times through out the day, left a message and nothing. Having the same issue today.

This seems to be a pattern based on the other reviews, when they're present its really great service, but now even if they do submit their findings, I don't have confidence in the work actually being scheduled and performed - I'm probably going to have to work with my warranty to get this reassigned and go through all these steps again, but yeah this is getting to be a worse and more frustrating experience, if I could just get a call back, told theyre working on things that would be something but not even that - not even a response to the text! And then again, they just need to submit their findings, and I have no clue what's holding it up.

I hope to see something different, but I think I just have to cut my losses and do this again.

Updated review: Updated review: i was contacted by the owner with a sincere apology for his lack of communication. He asked us to give their company a chance at redemption and to allow us to perform the needed repair at a discount. I appreciated the fact that he was willing to apologize and took into account the holidays for the delays. We scheduled at my convenience for the repair this morning, and they communicated well, showed up on time, made the repair, cleaned up any mess and left things spotless. Thank you!

Original review - poor communication. No response to phone calls or texts. Capitol Plumbing was assigned by my warranty company after the original company said my clogged pipe would need a service they don't do (hydro jet).

The tech arrived and looked at my bathroom sink. Turned on water to note slow drainage and looked under sink. He did nothing else. He said the first tech from the original plumbing company didn't know what he was talking about and ""wasn't a real plumber"". He alluded to the fact that we didn't need hydro-jetting, but didn't say what we needed. He said he would contact the warranty company and be in touch in a DAY OR TWO with an update. And he left.

As of today, Monday January 6th, Capitol Plumbing has not been in touch with us or our warranty company. They have not submitted a report, nor have they initiated any contact with us.

They have not responded or answered my phone calls or texts during business hours:

I have asked my warranty company to flag them in their system, and to reassign our case. There is zero excuse for such horrible customer service.

Greg took forever to come fix the plumbing issue. He stated he needs to replace a part from my faucet he never came back with the part and left me hangin. it's been three months he didn't reply to my text or calls. he finally an my call today and stated he never took a part. I don't trust these guys

I recently moved to Arizona and needed a plumber for an emergency. My landlord requested the service and two nice men showed up and were very polite and quickly assessed and identified the problem. They explained it to me and told me how long it would take for them to fix it. As I was not the owner, I was appreciative that they treated me with respect and took the time to explain. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Will recommend them for sure.

First time writing a review and sadly it is not a very good one. Let's just say, I would never recommend this company. He was so rude over the phone and it got to where he was verbally insulting me. I have never been spoken to like this by a business owner, shame on him! I know we all have our bad days but this guy was just flat out disrespectful. I cant say whether or not he does good work becasue I told him not to even come out. Too bad for him becasue it was a quite expensive job.

Im with Batman5000 A. They came in and checked my water heater said it needed to be flushed payed my 85 dollars to tell me that. They came a week later and flushed it out. Charged me 375 dollars and it didnt stop the problem so they said they will go through the warranty to get it replaced. They talked to the warranty people and gave them shitty mechanical issue so i would have to pay them out of pocket 872 bucks. I want my money back or i will call my lawyer.
