Khoa was quick to response, he showed up on time, thoroughly inspected everything in the crawlspace and gave me fair estimates for the repairs and fixes.

For his honesty and fair pricing, I decided to work with him. He showed up at the time of the repair appointment and did an excellent job within the specified timeframe. He clearly explained the services I needed and the services I did not. This ended up in less billing for him and more savings for me.

Khoa was very fast at responding to our initial inquiry about possible hydro-jetting. However, what set him apart from other plumbers was the fact that he kept asking questions to fully uncover what the root cause of the plumbing issue was for us. We told him that our toilets would bubble when we took too long of a shower or if we had multiple water lines running; IE- washer and someone taking a shower or washing dishes and someone taking a shower. He was HONEST and told us Hydro-jetting wouldn't solve our issue instead he would have to look at the pipes under our home to really get an idea of what was going on. For reference; we live in a mobile home park.. so the crawl space is very tight under there and the pipes aren't up to code because mobile homes are usually built out of state and no one from the state comes out and really inspects the plumbing. We had already knew the pipes were 1.5 inches rather than your standard 2-3 inches. We texted with Khoa Saturday morning. He came by at 1:30pm for a free estimate. He was promptly here before 1:30pm ready to go. He took photos of everything and walked us through everything and was honest with what we should do. He explained, hydro-jetting could temporarily fix the issue but let's see where the problem truly is and how to fix it. He showed us that the issue was towards the backend of the home and that the pipe is not on a slant, rather its leveled meaning if there is something stuck there, it would have a harder time to clear because it is leveled rather than slanted to help with the force of gravity of pushing out sewerage. I truly appreciated all the visuals; the photos he took .. the videos. It makes me understand it better since I am not familiar with how the pipes are suppose to look like. He is very thorough with his work and so professional. His prices were reasonable-- someone who snaked our pipes before quoted us a higher amount than Khoa which is why we decided to go with Khoa instead. And it was the best decision! I was so surprised that Khoa and I believe his partner/helper was his dad (I thought this was amazing -- father and son working together) was able to complete this job for us in a timely manner too! Thank you Khoa & thanks to your partner/Dad for diagnosing the problem and fixing it rather than just snaking and/or hydro-jetting the pipes as a temporary fix. If I could, I'd give you 11 stars for your amazing service, friendly customer service, knowledgeable advice and promptness! I hope to never have to call you again for plumbing issues... lol BUT if I ever do need plumbing help.. You got a customer for life!

The business owner is incredibly responsive, professional, and honest. Our family had a clogged pipe, and he was very thorough in resolving the issue. Despite it being after hours, he came out to help us anyway since it was an emergency. Even though it was late at night, he arrived with a pleasant attitude & only charged a little more than a normal service. I was quite surprised because that kind of honesty is so rare nowadays. I highly recommend this business.

So I had a drained sink and Khao came out very quickly. We've had years of plumbers coming out and they always seem to leave things in a state where it just gets clogged again (see photo) Khao brought his hydrojet and cleaned my pipes beyond what you see here.

His price was reasonable and he takes checks which I love (No fees) I might have some other work for him in the near future. Quick, honest, fast and great price.

I had sewer back up. Khao helped figuring out the main cause of the problem. He first performed hydro-jetting and ran camera through the sewer line. He found the blockage which was the tree roots protruded into our sewer line. He helped fixing the problems and installed clean-out. He is knowledgable, professional, efficient and reasonable in price. Highly recommend his service.

Best Plumber Ever

I had 23 feet of grease clogged drains for years. In the past, other plumbers would snake out the line without even checking the drains. Problem kept returning at the worst times, when we're hosting dinner like Thanks Giving.
Today Khoa came, insisted on crawling under my kitchen to inspect my drains. He was thorough, and found the major clog. He made sure the problem was fixed forever. Pipes are running better than ever and his price was more than fair.
