I had sewer back up. Khao helped figuring out the main cause of the problem. He first performed hydro-jetting and ran camera through the sewer line. He found the blockage which was the tree roots protruded into our sewer line. He helped fixing the problems and installed clean-out. He is knowledgable, professional, efficient and reasonable in price. Highly recommend his service.

Best Plumber Ever

I had 23 feet of grease clogged drains for years. In the past, other plumbers would snake out the line without even checking the drains. Problem kept returning at the worst times, when we're hosting dinner like Thanks Giving.
Today Khoa came, insisted on crawling under my kitchen to inspect my drains. He was thorough, and found the major clog. He made sure the problem was fixed forever. Pipes are running better than ever and his price was more than fair.

Outstanding service. Khoa is very knowledgeable regarding waste line repairs and replacement. He replaced the sewer clean out, and about 10 feet of pipe in a couple of hours. He finished the job in ""inspection ready"" condition, using support rebar and drainage rock, and taking all the safety precautions by covering the trench with plywood and safety cones. He worked with me to acquire the required permit from the city of San Jose, and was present when the inspector came by to sign off the final inspection. Khoa re-checked his work, and the entire sewer line including both clean outs with his camera prior to back filling the trench. He compacted the soil thoroughly, and placed the soil back the way it was; he re-adjusted the clean out by the sidewalk (the one he didn't replace) to make sure it was at ground level to avoid accidents from people using the sidewalk. He cleaned up the work area entirely. In over 31 years in business, and working with many contractors, I put Khoa in the category of the top best contractors due to his excellent workmanship, and attention to providing the best service. He is sincere, easy to work with, and honest. I will refer him to all my family, friends, and clients, and will certainly use him in the future.

Khoa is such an amazing person. I called early in the morning with little to no knowledge about an issue with a clog that my parents had been trying to fix for a while and he was able to understand the issue and the layout of the house just by asking me a couple of questions!! He arrived on time and was very respectful while entering the house by putting on shoe covers !! He was then able to help me trouble shoot and figure out the issue so i could present it to my parents. Without his help I don't think I could've gotten my parents to proceed on with trying to fix the issue! He is all that the reviews say he is ! I called Capitol Plumbing and told them our sewer line was clogged by roots. They told me they could clear the line and if not they wouldn't charge me. Who even says that??? I asked them to come out, and later that same day they showed up, put a camera down the line, and cleared the roots. In about an hour they were done and the sewer line looked perfect. I couldn't possibly give them a higher rating. You won't go wrong with Capitol!
